We had a large multi drawer bedroom dresser with a large and heavy shelving unit with a large mirror. After calling a number of removal companies and not getting a positive feeling nor a fair price for this work, we finally got a hold of Ben's. They answered the phone, gave good information and offered a fair price after seeing a photo of the items. We booked a time and day and they had a schedule delay earlier in the day and they contacted me to advise they would be about an hour later of the original time, but was able to work with the new time. I was updated well before the scheduled time and was in constant contact to confirm the time. They arrived and ready to work. The items were located in an upstairs room and as this was old furniture it was rather heavy. A bit of work but they got it down safely with zero damage to any of the tight corners. Clean, Neat and Pleasant to work with, all at a fair price. I will keep their number on speed dial and will use Ben's Service anytime we have work for them...Great experience, and highly recommended.
