When the existing carpet in our lower level started to fail we had to do something. I went to…read moreseveral local places and compared pricing and additional services for the same LVP flooring. We double checked with each as we narrowed it down and it was kind of a no-brainer to choose Carpets Direct. Chris the owner, and DeAngelo the rep answered all our questions in advance...such as moving items out and putting them back in (they do it themselves if we do not choose to), and how many days it would take (they said two and others said four). The pricing was comparable so we went with them. Wilmer and his crew showed up on time and busted their butts and got the job done in ONE DAY! Everything looks great and we could not be more pleased with the company and their people and their work!

Never saw evidence of this, asked for video & never received (even though request was noted on invoice), and they also noted on invoice when they left that drain was "still slow". Paid the invoice day of by check before they left. Within 2-3 days it was the same if not worse than before. Called them to come back out & fix it properly which they did after a few days, left grease stains on my carpet, never gave me video proof of what they were finding, and tried to charge me again for the same issue they did not fix properly the first time. I did not pay this, so they handed it off to a collection agency & are now issuing me a subpoena to pay & get lawyers involved. NEVER use them again!

He was in our house for 2 1/2 days and never clean up anything and made excuses for almost everything we ask him concerning the installation. They also suggested that we (homeowners) were responsible for the repair of the woodwork (baseboards) that they destroyed. I would never recommend this flooring company to anyone.
