I have had this company out three times since I purchased my home. I used them because the previous…read moreowner had used them and, truth be told, I'm sorry I did. The first time, they came out to winterize the system. That seemed to go fine. The second time, they came out to get it ready for spring. They never bothered to test their work, and we were awoken when the sprinklers went off to water hammering in the pipes. I called them to come fix the issue, and was charged an exorbitant fee to fix their mistake. When I tried to pay them, I was told there was a 3% "convenience charge" to use my credit card. No, that's called a "cost of doing business," jerks. Seriously, it is the future. Who uses checks (other than the blue-haired old lady in front of you in line at the grocery store)? Save your time and, if you're anything like most of us, your 3% for using your credit/debit card, and find a reputable company.
