Each time I called them first gave them my insurance, State Farm, information and vehicle information and answered a few questions. They contacted the glass administrator for the insurance company which had to have me confirm and the rest was handled without any hassle. They set a date with me, and the work was performed flawlessly in all the cases. No detectable damage to the car, moldings fit perfectly and no leaks. About half the windshields I had replaced over the years before using these people leaked and required a hassle to get corrected. I expect any installer can make a mistake and have a leak but I feel confident now that I am unlikely to have that or if it does that they will correct it.

The service was timely and efficient, and it was a good job done. I was very pleased once I got back in my car and reviewed the replaced windshield. In the end I had to pay close to 7k. The whole experience was very frustraiting. They also left a bunch of their trash behind and claimed it was mine. For 7k you would expect better service but no, they were horrible. Its no wonder they ask for cash. With that level of service anyone could complain about fraud and get their money back.
