I called them up Safe Life Auto and they said they would send their roadside assistance to come to my house fix or replace the window since it is covered under the insurance I decided that I would just replaced the whole window. But I wanted to go to there on-site place since that's just my preference. I set up an appointment which was pretty quick they got me in when I got there it was a smooth check in I decided to wait in there waiting room and within an hour they had the window completely removed and fixed with a new window. At this point I have no problems with the window it looks totally brand new and I would highly recommend this place. Unfortunately I wasn't able to get any photos but the place was clean and they had some water and coffee in there waiting room.

A little later I do get a call and am told that it will now be between 4 & 5pm before the tech will show up and am offered to take something off the price for the inconvenience, I say that would be nice. Tech arrives at 4 and has windshield in by 4:30 then I am charged the full price for the job. The tech gets a "C" because he did not bother to contact to let me know he would be late, but the company gets a BIG "F" for some of the worst customer service I have ever seen. Each time I called them first gave them my insurance, State Farm, information and vehicle information and answered a few questions. They contacted the glass administrator for the insurance company which had to have me confirm and the rest was handled without any hassle. They set a date with me, and the work was performed flawlessly in all the cases. No detectable damage to the car, moldings fit perfectly and no leaks. About half the windshields I had replaced over the years before using these people leaked and required a hassle to get corrected. I expect any installer can make a mistake and have a leak but I feel confident now that I am unlikely to have that or if it does that they will correct it.

The receptionist confirmed and said they would be out at 3. Monday comes and at 3:30pm He calls and ask where they are. Not here. And receptionist said the appt was for at the shop. He advised her it was not for the shop but a mobile repair and that he called Friday and also Monday morning to confirm this information. She didn't seem to careless that he wasted his time booking and even took time off work to be here for an appt that they didn't show up for. He didn't get a call back either after hanging up frustrated when she informed him they weren't even on their way. She didn't care to make any of this right.
