My insurance did not cover the cost because I did not have comprehensive coverage (lesson learned). I spoke to a nice man on the phone and was able to schedule a next day appointment. The installer was a pro that came to my house. He was detailed and quick. I'm so glad I went with this company and not the other big name competitor. The price was great deal. I recommend this place to anyone looking for quality service at a reasonable price. I will continue to use them in the future.

He received a text Sunday from the company that the appt was the following day at 8am. That's wasn't correct. So he called them Monday morning to ensure appt was at 3pm. The receptionist confirmed and said they would be out at 3. Monday comes and at 3:30pm He calls and ask where they are. Not here. And receptionist said the appt was for at the shop. He advised her it was not for the shop but a mobile repair and that he called Friday and also Monday morning to confirm this information. She didn't seem to careless that he wasted his time booking and even took time off work to be here for an appt that they didn't show up for. He didn't get a call back either after hanging up frustrated when she informed him they weren't even on their way. She didn't care to make any of this right. Not to happy and searching for someone else to do this job that will hopefully show up.

Went on for the replacement but upon leaving, cit appeared they either didn't replace the glass or they recreated the identifying mark I had put on the glass in question.
