I called them up Safe Life Auto and they said they would send their roadside assistance to come to my house fix or replace the window since it is covered under the insurance I decided that I would just replaced the whole window. But I wanted to go to there on-site place since that's just my preference. I set up an appointment which was pretty quick they got me in when I got there it was a smooth check in I decided to wait in there waiting room and within an hour they had the window completely removed and fixed with a new window. At this point I have no problems with the window it looks totally brand new and I would highly recommend this place.
