I had an extremely disappointing experience with this clinic. I spent a significant amount of time…read morewith the receptionist before booking because I wanted to be absolutely sure I was being matched with the right practitioners for the issues I needed treated. After multiple conversations and callbacks, I was assured they had the appropriate specialists on staff and was booked accordingly. When I arrived, I was shocked to learn that the practitioner I was booked with was not the specialist I had been represented to be seeing, and was not even a fully licensed physiotherapist, but a resident. This was never clearly communicated to me in advance. I do not blame the practitioner personally -- the problem was the clinic's poor booking process, misleading communication, and failure to set accurate expectations. What made the situation far worse was how the clinic handled my complaint afterward. I raised my concerns in person and was told someone would investigate what went wrong and get back to me. No one ever did. I later followed up myself, cancelled my second appointment because I had completely lost confidence in the clinic, and repeatedly asked to speak directly with the owner. The owner refused to speak with me and only communicated through the receptionist. Instead of taking accountability or offering a fair resolution, they told me that if I ever wanted to return, I would have to pay for another full initial appointment all over again. They then tried to present a small discount on a future session as though it were a meaningful gesture, but that "discount" only applied after I first paid for another full initial assessment. In other words, the offer was essentially a trap: spend more money first, then receive a token reduction later, after they had already wasted my time and money the first time. This was a colossal waste of time, energy, and money. What was most unacceptable was not just the original mix-up, but the complete lack of accountability, transparency, and basic customer care afterward. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this clinic.

The facility is super clean. The bathroom is down a flight of stairs, so it is unfortunately not accessible. I go to Paul (RMT) , and he's just fantastic. He's very interested in providing the best massage possible. I've had at least 100+ massages before, because I've had back pain since I was a child and I can say with all honesty that I have never had such amazing deep tissue massages before.

It took a while to book my initial appointment, but it was worth it. All I want is to get my back cracked, I got that and more. In our first consultation, he checked my mobility and movement and assessed that I have a mild form of mechanical pain. He created a treatment plan of 5 sessions and included exercises that would help develop my core to prevent injury during sport/workouts and improve my posture. He went beyond that by providing a brief high-pressure targeted deep massage at the beginning of the first and each subsequent session. I wouldn't say it's relaxing, but I love the pressure. He'll adjust based on your tolerance though my motto is no pain, no gain, so I take it full on. We worked mainly on my upper, lower and mid-back. *TIP* If you want to work on your back, wear a tank top instead of a strappy sports bra. I've been working on those three exercises he taught me each day. I would say they are easy enough to add to your routine and incorporate daily. Oh and it's always wonderful when a clinic charges directly to my insurance, saves all the pain of admin work.

Amazingggggggggg massage place!…read more I've been to so many massage clinics in Toronto and most have been pretty crummy. The vibe of this place was calm and relaxing, Krista was UNREAL and they told me they dont accept tips. Wahhhhhhhh?!?! Krista was so incredible. Will be going back to this place on a permanent basis!!! HIGHLY recommend.

I came here to treat a sudden condition that came occurred to me a few weeks and I am glad I did because the recovery time was a lot quicker. The acupuncturists at the clinic especially Esther and Leema were so compassionate and patient in treating my case. The receptionist Mary had also been a pleasure dealing with as she makes it welcoming when you walk in each time with her smile and greeting. I would highly recommend coming here if you have any health ailments that you need special care or attention to. They offer acupuncture, massage therapy, psychotherapy and many more! The only thing that I must comment is that the parking is a hassle here, the lot is always full and you literally have to drive in circles or wait 5-10 mins for a spot so be prepared since the plaza is shared with other businesses.

I found this place through Yelp, and was in desperate need of a massage…read more In the past year or so I have shifted to a much less active lifestyle then in previous years due to a number of life changes. I was wanting to break this vicious cycle and get back to my old active self, and in the past month or so I have ramped up activity by going to the gym, and recently getting back into playing basketball. Silly me believing that my body was the same as it was a year ago! Though I felt sore after playing basketball, after waking up the next day my entire body was pretty much a piece of hard cardboard. I was so stiff I was barely able to get up and down stairs with out a lot of effort. I figured I needed some quick intervention by an RMT to help get my juices flowing again, a quick search on Yelp led me to this clinic and Lienne Cole. Though we had a bit of a miscommunication due to the online booking system, Lienne was able to see me quite quickly in the morning. The clinic is tucked away in a small plaza with no large signage to really distinguish it, so if you are booking a late night appointment and this is your first time, be sure to arrive a bit early to allow time to find the place. Upon arrival Lienne was very bright and chatty, but always staying on topic with regards to the purpose of my visit, what ailments I have and what she would proceed to do. Through out the treatment Lienne was also very good at giving advice, pointing things out where I am more tighter then in other areas, and generally she really seemed to know her stuff. She was pointing out certain muscles that may be causing my tightness and was very good at pin pointing where to work her magic. I have tried a number of other RMT's and I found most to be very hit and miss. Lienne was just great and I find it hard to find any faults. She had great communication, very open to discussing concerns, great advice and just generally was great over all. One word of warning though Lienne may seem petite she can definitely go deep! So careful what you ask for :) I will be back to visit again on a more regular basis, though I do need some time to get over my soreness :) Thanks Lienne

To some degree, I do support Western medicine, but I got tired of another doctor's diagnosis of shrugging their shoulders and not offereing any solution. I then decided to seek a second opinion and came here. I booked my appointment based on the fact that Cindy Lim's practice is close to home; before meeting her, I didn't have any idea about her reputation or knew anything about her clinic. Having seen her a few times and finally resolving my medical issue, I can confidently recommend her. Her practice includes herself and two other practioners who specialize in acupuncture; the fourth practioner is a massage therapist. Each specialize in different body needs such as internal issues and fertility. Cindy is very knowledgeable in her field and wants to make sure that you get better. Since she is also a registered Chinese Medicine Herbalist, you might be given herbs to drink. If you've never had to drink herbs, I won't lie that they are the grossest things to drink but you know what, they work. So, stop your moaning and take them because you will get better! The clinic is clean and well-organized. There are eight clean private rooms. The staff is very friendly and accommodating, and the prices for each visit is reasonable. If ever I get another ailment or if I'm sick, I'm coming here. Hours: They're open 5 days a week; by appointment on weekends.
