Which is pretty cool, as some times you need to warm up before a physio session. So I cant give a full review as I went in on a Saturday morning, when they weren't in full operation. I love that you are still able to make massage appts on the weekend. the only thing is there is noone at the front desk, so whomever is doing your massage will do your intake and such. Which isnt bad just be sure to arrive a bit early so you're able to fill out any forms if required. the RMT that we went w is Mariya I believe is how she spells it. She is amazing. Lots of great advice, she is very sweet, and makes you feel very comfortable. An issue I had in the past at my previous physio place was the RMT (female), wasn't massaging deep enough or not enough force I guess. To the point where it felt as though she was just rubbing my back. I am so glad to say not here, Mariya really got in there and worked my muscles, my back felt so good after just one massage. I went to him…read morewhen I was in an immense amount of pain, and he took advantage telling me I had all sorts of health problems just from looking at my tongue and feeling my pulse. He pushed me on a package that was almost $400. I told him in our meeting that I would need to check with my health insurance first, but he persisted to push the package through. When I called him today to let him know that I needed the services broken into separate invoices, he hung up the phone on me! He also pushed herbal medication that was $75 and told me that I needed to take it for 1-week and he didn't even give me enough pills. When I brought this up as well, he argued back and hung up the phone on me again. He is also extremely full of himself. In my meeting with him he was bragging that people come from all over the world to see him. He also was telling me that I was 'so lucky' that he had even fit me in on the day that I saw him. The truth is that he wasn't a savior in the end, as I was in excruciating pain by nightfall after seeing him and had to take a combination of Tylenol 2 and Naproxen to manage the pain. I never leave reviews, but Tom Fung's conduct was appalling.

Right now, they have different promotions ongoing. I made a reservation on a weekday for a "full body + food reflexology". The staff were very professional and they even contacted me when they were behind the schedule to let me know to arrive 15 minutes later. My session took around 90 minutes and it felt like I got reset after it. It was very relaxing and calming. I had a couple of cramps in my shoulders that was resolved after the session.

I'm not sure if they usually do but at the time of our visit, there wasn't any music playing in the background. They offered complementary tea, biscuits and candies as well.
