They were hacked in a ransomware attack in 2023 and the confidential records of hundreds, if not thousands, of patients were exposed to the hackers. MMC refused to pay the ransom and those records remain out there in the dark places of the internet, waiting to be used against patients. They also did not provide full information about how their systems were penetrated. I was rejected as a patient in what was frankly a mutual rejection when I refused to disclose certain types of information to them, given their potentially suspect data security practices. The doctor I saw threw out the totally inappropriate and cavalier response "so has the IRS" when I mentioned that they had been hacked in connection with refusing to provide information about my sexual and smoking histories. I also would have refused to answer mental health questions, but we didn't get to those. Until they (and others) accept that it's my life, my body and my health; and that I will decide what information I volunteer for storage in an at least historically insecure data collection and storage system, I will refuse to subscribe to their services.

That was after she has taken her to several previous visits here and I have provided copies of custody papers and put my wife down as having permission to all records and visits. They denied having all these records but I have done it at every visit! They have amnesia and require these documents every time. They texted me a link while at work to allow my wife permission and I followed the link and was then still denied even after I did that! Incompetence and bias. I recommend never enduring a visit to this place. Oh and they also refused to give them a doctors note for her school! I/we have never experienced anything similar to this ever before! Following rules is one thing but this was mean, stupid and quite frankly the most unexpected and unexplainable thing I've ever been apart of. It came from the doctor, not even the management, which is appalling from top down.

The inside of the hospital is very nice with plenty of seating. It is very clear when you go to register when you come in. I got there at 7:45 for a 9:45 procedure but, that was not the case. I was not prepped in time and my doctor went to his next patient and then came back to me. Mine was 30 minutes later. But I do want to shout out to Lacey, Tony and Danile. These guys were awesome and made the extra time more tolerable. The procedure was quick and uneventful with prognosis all good.

I have been dealing with this billing office for a year and a half. They do not return phone…read moremessages. They will not bill my secondary provider, and gave me the incorrect billing form to do so myself. This has cost me thousand dollars, and are holding my $. It is unfortunate, as the doctors are wonderful. But I cannot continue to deal with such ineptitude and non-responsiveness.
