So, we called Northern Neck Fence company to give us a quote. The quote was quite fair and they were crazy good with the customer communications. That practically sold me on their services right there. We went back & forth a few times because I was a bit picky in where I wanted the downspouts and they matched the existing color quite well. They were there when they said they would be, the install went great and now they work as intended. The entire experience was one that I would highly recommend others if they need gutters. Yeah, I'm sure they do just as great a job at customer service & install on fences too.

As job dragged on, again because of poor time management, contractor became even more frustrated over his loss of profit and became defensive, hostile, and belligerent toward us. Legal review determined his demands were unsubstantiated.

While visiting the Northern Neck we had a significant pet stain in a white carpet. We were also on a tight schedule. King's sent a two-man team right away. They moved their schedule around to accommodate our tight timing and were patient and thorough as they explained the nuances of cleaning our type of carpet. We would not hesitate to use them again.

If you need crawlspace work.co.pleted, call them! I have 5 estimates and PBS was 1/5th the price of their competitors si.ply because they have zero hidden costs. And BTW, there was no comparison because everything from the quality of work, their communication, their prices and their warranties go far beyond what we found with other companies.
