My top ten reasons that I am loyal: 1) Lily and Jenny are talented massage therapists. Let me start off by saying I followed my previous stylist to this salon and I couldn't be happier!…read more They have and do everything here! Hair, Nails, Hands, Feet, Faces, Eyelashes, etc. They even sell handbags and cell phone cases. And let me not forget about all of the hair products they sell. It's clean and spacious. I have no complaints about the appearance of this salon. So I walked in on a Sunday afternoon. Bridgette (Pao) had 3 people in front of me but I didn't care because my hair super missed her gracious hands! So while I waited Lina hooked me up! She threaded my eyebrows to perfection. Waxed and threaded my lip and chin (I'm a very hair Queen!) lol. In all my years of getting my eyebrows threaded and/or waxed, I've never been treated this good. She massaged my face when she was done! No matter how expensive the place was, they've never massaged me after a waxing or threading! Lina you are amazing! I saw two separate women get their eyelashes done, Omg I've never been the one to be all about eyelashes. Well just know that I'm going to get my lashes done tomorrow! Now to my hair, I'm have a natural 4C texture hair. I'm very picky as to who touches my hair because people are usually intimidated by my texture hair. Anywho I wanted purple hair! I didn't really want to bleach it but Pao assured me that my hair can handle it. I can not tell you enough how good of a job she did on my hair. It looks and feels amazing! My hair didn't come out the exact color we wanted it but I'm in LoooooooooVVVVVVVeee with the end result. She did an awesome job on everything. Bleach, color, wash and cut. Since I've been going to her she's helped my hair to grow even longer. Whatever you do please go to Lavish. You will not regret it. Also please buy and use their products. They are so good on your hair!

The staff there was very professional and knowledgeable. It was my first time with them, so I was a bit nervous. My friend asked me to go there. When I reached there, they made me comfortable in every way. They asked me a few general question regarding any skin diseases or if I am allergic to something. One of their workers takes me inside. Their worker Lana, who did my waxing, was very nice and courteous. I always get scared before waxing, but Lana made me feel relaxed and was friendly throughout the session. I often get allergies after waxing, but this time, everything was perfect. Lana applied some soothing lotion after hair removal. I am impressed by their services and will definitely go there.

TLDR - I think that this place referring to themselves as a 'spa' is using the word spa really…read moreliberally. There was nothing spa-like about the establishment physically or when it came to service. I came here for a Brazilian and took advantage of a special they were having at the time. When I arrived there was only one woman (Lana) working and while the place only had 3 clients at the time, including myself, she was rushing around attempting to service everyone. She was nice, but again due to her wearing many hats and manning the 'spa' alone, the chaotic energy did not lend it self to a zen environment. I wasn't much in a rush since it was my day off, but what made it even worse/a never patroning again moment for me was how unsanitary the experience was. There was a woman before me who also received a vaginal wax. I only knew this because I told her I was here for one and she mentioned she just had one and it was painless and I will get used to it. Lana took her payment and told me to go in and lay down, disrobe and she would be in a moment. The tissue paper on the waxing table hadn't been changed and there were a few rogue pubic hairs on them. I changed the tissue paper myself as it was clear that she wasn't going to as she ran to tell a gentleman that had come in for a pedicure that she would be 10 mins. She didn't attempt to change the paper and didn't ask me if i had as I was laying waiting on the table. I have a high pain tolerance so I agree it was not as painful and Lana was quick. Unfortunately, the salon was understaffed that day but it is giving factory energy and clients are cattle. There is no aftercare given (aloe, anything) or followup/maintenance tips provided. Far from a relaxing experience. No plans on returning.
