I have had to take my trash out twice myself. Have no lotion, soap, or body wash, and no toilet paper. When I have gone down to the front desk to ask for things I have ran out of no one is ever there. I've rang the bell and still no one comes out. It is extremely difficult to catch someone to get the things you need. As far as breakfast goes they clean up 20 mins before it is scheduled to be over and make you feel like you are inconveniencing them when you come down 20 mins before, even though I did not ask for anything. They are constantly out of food, coffee, and juice. I experienced this both at 7am and at 9am (breakfast is ran 6-10am). Save yourself the headache and frustration and stay somewhere else. Cleanliness is not the best either.
