Clean bed, decent mattress, although I don't know how comfortable it would be for multiple days. Room seemed clean although the carpet was a little damp, probably from a recent cleaning. Price was great and just what we needed for one night. Would stay here again.

The king room was standard and modern - clean and comfortable. Enough room for chargers and items. Bathroom had nice showers and plenty of space. Staff was very friendly and courteous. I am not a big eater but I was surprised by the quality of the breakfast. It was quite good! They also had breakfast to go bags which I truly appreciated. We also were able to order a late night door dash from food locations in the area which was quite convenient. Definitely recommend.

When I called guest services to ask when my room would be cleaned on a day in which they were supposed to come in I was met with a rude attitude and told they can't do it today they are too busy. I have had to take my trash out twice myself. Have no lotion, soap, or body wash, and no toilet paper. When I have gone down to the front desk to ask for things I have ran out of no one is ever there. I've rang the bell and still no one comes out. It is extremely difficult to catch someone to get the things you need. As far as breakfast goes they clean up 20 mins before it is scheduled to be over and make you feel like you are inconveniencing them when you come down 20 mins before, even though I did not ask for anything. They are constantly out of food, coffee, and juice. I experienced this both at 7am and at 9am (breakfast is ran 6-10am). Save yourself the headache and frustration and stay somewhere else. Cleanliness is not the best either.

In that situation, you're not suppose to call the fire department unless there is an actual fire. Anyway- the front desk guy (Jesse) was pretty rude about the whole situation as if it was my fault that their toaster wasn't working properly. He told me I wasn't allowed to use any appliances in the room. He also tried to make me feel bad by saying it would have been all my fault if the entire fore alarm system went off and woke everyone up. The hotel itself is kind of dirty. There are stains all over the floor and on the couches in the lobby. Housekeeping never came to my room my entire stay. The breakfast is mediocre.

The reason it was not plugged in was because there was no suitable 30amp outlet for it! It was cold last night and we had ZERO heat! Further, the door leaked and so there was continual cold air blowing in around the cracks. This says everything about TOTAL MISMANAGEMENT of this facility. Shame on Best Western!! Allows pets. This is a two story building with outside access to rooms on both floors. It is clean, but very basic. The pillows are hard foam and very uncomfortable. Our room was ready upon arrival and upon entering the room and checking out things, we were happy with the condition and space of our 2 Queen bed Studio room. The room had a little "living room" by the window with a 2nd TV, sofa, and desk with chair. The bathroom was very clean, bright, and adequately spacious. We were able to get to breakfast just as it was beginning and the selection and quality of what was available was good. The staff were very friendly at check-in and anytime we encountered them as we were leaving or returning to the hotel. The location was great - very close to I-40 as well as shopping, eateries, gas stations, etc. Our beds were comfy, and considering the location, we found our room to be very quiet and well insulated from noise from the major road just outside of the property. We would not hesitate to stay here again if we are back in the area. It's among the best hotel properties we have stayed at within this class/category of properties.

However, there was that plastic covid shield, so I couldn't actually verify that. They looked clean. The nice folks checked me in quickly, answered my questions about the area, and informed me that they had a hot breakfast in the morning. What more could a weary traveler want. Quiet, that's the more. I got that too. After my good nights sleep, and considering my disappointing meal at Braums the night before, I was famished. I was looking forward to the mornings hot breakfast. Well, El Reno Baymont was lacking in breakfast delicacies, as Braums was lacking in basic taste. I walked into the eating area, to find 2 grey sausage patties, and a pale egg something. Nothing much else but a few slices of bread. I didn't even see a toaster. You'll sleep soundly, but don't expect much else. Quick Tip: I'm not sayin, but I'm sayin, right next door is a beautiful Holiday Inn Express. The smell of bacon was wafting its way toward where I was parked. A hungry traveler might have the urge to follow that enticing scent to its origin.... I said might.
