It's better than having to drop my car off at a dealership and wait or leave it! Sometimes you get coupons in the mail, and I'm a secret cheapskate so it's definitely an incentive.

The first time I had to use this policy was when my vehicle was only 5 days old. I had a blow-out on my way to a conference in Shreveport. I was able to get a new tire...not from a dealership but from a tire center that the dealership recommended. I had to pay for the tire but was reimbursed by Community Motors when I returned home. A few weeks ago I was preparing to go to Lafayette, LA for a wedding and noticed that the "low tire" indicator was "on." The right passenger tire had already been patched once before (from a bubble) and the patch was leaking air again. Community Motors does not carry tires in stock. I was advised that I had to find a dealership that carried the tire I needed. I made a call to the Dodge dealership in Covington and was told that IF they even had a tire they were too busy to help me until Monday (this happened on a Friday). I then called All-Star Dodge in Denham Springs. I spoke to an extremely nice lady in the service/parts department. She checked their inventory and said they did not have one. Of course I was upset because we were preparing to leave and I did NOT want to get on the interstate with a bad tire. She said she would try to find one for me and would call me back. About 5 minutes later I received a phone call from her...she had found one! I told her we would be there in about 45 minutes. We arrived at the dealership during their lunch break. When the service department employees returned they immediately changed my tire and balanced it as well. I left All Star Dodge with a new tire. The lady who located the tire for me, as well as the service men, were so nice and helpful. I would recommend All Star Dodge to everyone!
