They have a waiting room that makes you feel like you are at home. While you wait you can enjoy free soft drinks,coffee,and hot tea which was very nice. On my way out the door the lady at the counter said this patch would last a good while and I may never have to get it repaired which was $150. Well this was not the case. Normally when I would come out in the morning I would have to put a little air in the tire to get me through the day because of the slow leak. After visiting Skid Marks the next morning I came out my car was sitting on the rim. Rather than visiting Skid Marks again I purchases a new rim for the car. To make a long story short(to late HA), visiting skid marks made my situation worse and was a waste of time and money. This may have just a bad experience but I do not think I will be back.

The problem is that the bumper clip keeps popping off. Brought it back after 4 or 5 months and they did something to where it didn't come loose for about 4 or 5 months. Now it keeps popping off. Poor repair job at best. I would not recommend this shop for collision damages.
