Unsure of leaving my car in the hands of small town mechanics I planned a drive to Madison. Their enthusiastic advocacy of Specialty changed my mind so in I went. A plaque and framed news story of the younger mechanic winning Best Young Auto Technician in the U.S. astonished me and offered confidence in the father-son's abilities. The "150" was flawless and, although expensive, was about 33% - 50% less than a Toyota dealer would have charged. I may have mis-titled the son's award but whole heartedly recommend this team and this business to anyone within a 50 mile radius for auto maintaince and auto repair. We saw great reviews for NOVUS glass so we gave them a call, to see if they could get us in within 48 hours-- otherwise, we were sure the cold would cause the full windshield to crack. (they agreed) They got us in the next day, and performed a wonderful job, you can't even tell where the rock hit, unless you look at it and knew exactly where it previously was! They were professional and great at the repair! As my hubby and I were in the office waiting area as they worked on our car, a woman came in with her vehicle to get a repair. They offered her a loaner car for a couple hours (glass needs to warm up before repair). As a female, I was taking notice of the utmost respect given to her. Many times auto shops seem to treat females with less respect than they do for other males -- not here! Epic job, awesome employees! Don't go anywhere else!

Went home looked at my papers and found a warranty so i went back and showed it to them. The service guys were decent and helpful but the manager derek is a piece of lazy sh!t. He wouldn't even come out and talk to us about our vehicle we purchased through him. They are fixing the issue but i recommend not going to ubersox due to the lazy manager and how they do not stand behind what they say. They definitely do not put you first at ubersox.
