    Please do not use Randy's for anything. Lost $7000. Had to scrap unit.Workers don't know, or care what they are doing.

    Had come out for a warranty service call on a Hayward pool pump. I never saw a bill until the other…read moreday, and when it came it had a $ 5-a-day late fee! He never once mailed an invoice for $130, he only supposedly emailed them. After talking to him he removed the $ 5-a-day fee which took the $130 service call up to $860 by the time I saw the first invoice. I also talked to Hayward and they claim he never submitted anything to get my pump repaired. So he came out looked at my pump, did not invoice me for months, did not submit paperwork to Hayward. I debated giving him 2-stars as I know Hayward is a pain and that he did take off the excess charge. However, in my conversation he swore multiple times, this is not indicative of professionalism, nor of the Christian values that the Cross in his logo implies. I paid the $130 just so I could be done. I warn you if you decide to do business with this company, don't expect to receive a timely invoice and be ready for an outlandish late fee, that he blames on QuickBooks. As a person who has managed a store that used QuickBooks, I can tell you, that this is something he implemented and is not something QB does by default. Oh, the Hayward rep also noted that this company is no longer an authorized repairer for them because of multiple complaints.
