I've also inquired on things. There's always someone available to assist you and they're always friendly especially Randy! Nothing against Lowe's but service is way better here. I can't speak on how prices compare to somewhere like Lowe's or Home Depot but if I need a hardware type item and I'm home this is my go-to' place since they are only 5 minutes away. When I went to buy screws I showed an associate what I needed and they bagged them up for me. Also, I feel like the associates here are better trained than Lowe's or Home Depot. In seeing the "knife of the week" videos that Christian shares on social media, I learned that Randy's was a Benchmade dealer so I took the knife into the Timberville store to get feedback on what could be done. To my surprise, Christian took care of sending the knife back to the company for repair. Although I also receiving shipping notifications from the carrier, Christian also contacted me directly to let me know when it was back. The knife is as good as new!
