The manager dropped the ball and never sent us a zoom link so my daughter waited and waited with her guitar at the computer super bummed. When I called and asked for the link no one answered and they apologized profusely for "dropping the ball." That rubbed me wrong. So I finally reached out to schedule the other two lessons, almost a year later since they weren't doing any in person lessons and they told me they had no record to show that I had paid for four and only did two. I called the owner and was very disappointed in how he handled the situation telling me, "sorry we can't give away free lessons" even though I paid $80 worth of my hard earned money I do not recommend this business. No integrity.

Very cozy atmosphere, guy at front desk also very friendly and helpful. My sons piano teacher is chase and after only one visit I would already recommend him to others. He was encouraging, thoughtful, friendly, and my son even told me afterwards that the way he taught his piano lesson to him was easy to understand and he was looking forward to the next.

Jackpot. John is not only a very experienced luthier, he is an industry veteran and with encyclopedic knowledge of equipment. Did all the work requested, found some other issues (broken nut), and charged me the original quoted price. His pricing was fair and work was completed on time. You can tell John loves his work and is a great guy. I will never take a guitars or gear to anyone else for repairs. I highly recommend John Dees.

The employee that I dealt with at the store in person and numerous times over the phone for over 3 weeks chose not to be of much assistance either. He assured me that my pricing inquiry for this percussion instrument I wanted to buy would be obtained and provided to me within one week upon checking on it with the OWNER??? (They exclusively maintain a business agreement with this US manufacturer- Treeworks® hand chimes to sell their instruments), Sounds reasonable right? Week # 2, Then came the what sounded like a reasonable excuse (personal matters) as to the delay with the owner not making any effort at all to respond with a price to me via the employee I'd been dealing with. Really Started Sounding Strange... Was guaranteed a call back that week with my info. WRONG!! Week 3, Spoke again to the same employee who now was still CLUELESS as to the price indicating there was NOTHING HE COULD DO ABOUT THIS!!! Staff is great, cheerful and understanding, even loaning him a guitar during class time and offering support and feedback. My son always comes out of this pace with a huge smile on his face.

It's been almost a year and I'm getting better and better. I'm always welcomed by the front desks who greet me with a smile, and I'm always helped by the owner's son. The owner is enthusiastic every time a new customer walks in and I'm always happy when I'm there. Being comfortable is what I've always needed especially with stage fright and with their open space, I've been able to gather some perks of singing when others are around. Overall the atmosphere provided is very cooperative and helpful. Thank you and I can't wait for my next lesson.

After talking with the…read moreextremely knowledgeable and very helpful employees I decided rather than have him play a toy, I ended uo buying a ukulele and some reeds for my eldest son's clarinet. The fact that I didn't feel pressured to buy it was extremely satisfying. I may be back to get my son started in lessons. She fit right and made some noise with her before I left with good deal. Went home and painted her up. Went restringing left and things just didn't seem right. Like something was gunna break.
