Just wanted to give Randy a big "thank you" for working on the bent cover plate on the differential on my Class C RV. We hit something on I-75 as we headed north to get to the Ortona Campground, and noticed oil leaking from underneath the rig a few days into our stay here. Randy came out to the CG to make sure it was drivable to his garage. We drove it in, and the repair was done in a timely fashion. We were driving from Immokalee to Jacksonville and my oil light came in. I had just had my oil changed so I didn't know what was going on. We stopped at Randy's because it was close. Couldn't have made a better choice! The employees were friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. They checked out my oil problem and checked every possible reason for my light to be on. They could have sold me anything, I know nothing about cars. They found the problem, a bad relay causing the light to go on. I drove home with no problem and a much easier mind. Took my 2004 expedition to Randy's for brakes. I've used Randy's since I moved here over 10 yrs ago. Always had great service, in-out same day while I waited there! Affordable. Very nice people. BUT when Jim told me what It would cost for brakes all around I was floored, stymied, what!? He told me it would be over $3700+!!!! I couldn't believe what he said! In my 73 yrs of life on this planet have I ever heard anything like that! Almost 4k for brakes. Jim also told me that he may not be able to finish it that same day. All 4 wheels needed brakes completely rebuilt. I may be old but I sure don't look it so he couldn't figure that I was a doddering fool old lady. I am retired and on a fixed income. The total repair would've been over my monthly income! Was I gonna take out a loan? NO!!! I also had to pay over $200 to get it out of there! For an estimate and what else? I need to find a mechanic that can have me on the road again soon. Before this happened I would've given Randy's a 5+ star rating but after this...uh, I don't think so now. Wow. What service we got from Randy personally. When the serpentine belt broke in our GMC pickup, while hauling our fifth wheel, my husband walked to the Ford dealer, who suggested Randy's Repair, just behind them. Randy's Garage had my father in laws truck for 5 months to change a Timming chain and charged him over $5,000.00 on an old truck. He has since put it back in there shop for an oil leak with minimal miles since he picked it up. It's now been Back there 2 weeks and still have not touched it. This better be under warranty and fix it NOW! They are taking advantage of an elderly man who needs his truck. Totally unexceptional. So beware! Terrible experience. Went in with a complaint that my car was drifting to the left and right. Said I needed an alignment and replace a camber bolt to the strut and gave me an estimate of $307. Fine. Took my car at 8am and said it would be finished in 4 hours. Called back at 1 and it still wasn't ready. Was barely ready by 4. Test drove it and it was still pulling to the right! They told me it was the roads fault and that its normal! I've had an alignment before on the same car and it drove perfectly straight on ANY ROAD. I am upset with their customer service. Couldn't admit they can't fix the problem and fed me bull shit. They tried to fix it at least 3 times and at least 3 people test drove it, including Randy and said that it was driving PERFECT. Don't go there unless you want to get unacceptable work and be insulted. Randy tried to undermine me by telling me that my 4 years of driving has nothing to his 50 years of working on cars. I try to support my local businesses and receive this BS! I will never come back and do not recommend at all! read more

DO NOT GO HERE! I took my vehicle there for an estimate for the transmission, after taking it apart, looking for the part needed, they wanted $1700.00 to do the work. NOTE: the transmission worked great, shifted perfect and I had passing gear prior to taking the car there. It would not stay in park. From my house to the garage is 24 miles. It is a daily driver, 1961 Ford Thunderbird classic. I informed them at the time if it was going to cost a fortune, just put it back together and I would continue to drive it like it was, Again, it worked fine, just would not engage in park. Also I bought a complete set of tires from them as well. Upon hearing I did not want to pay $1700.00 for it to be repaired they put it back together, I was forced to pay over $300.00 for an estimate. Taking the car down the street to have a complete exhaust system installed the car will not shift into drive, it stays in low. read more

Our recent experience with Randy's Garage was exceptional. The entire staff was courteous and professional. We have a 1997 38 ft. Barth diesel pusher that required some attention. We have used Randy's garage for our vehicle maintenance in the past however this was the first time taking in the motor home. We had the engine, transmission and generator fully serviced. We were having problems with the air suspension. The problem was quickly diagnosed and repairs were done. While at the garage we realized that all six tires on the coach were over ten years old. We chose what tires we wanted and Randy gave us the best price of anyone we contacted. While all six tires were being installed and balanced the brakes were checked and adjusted. One windshield wiper in front of the passenger seat was not working properly. It was adjusted and the problem was resolved. Since the wiper repair my husband is not as not as thrilled as I am that I can now see what's going on in front of us when it's raining!
