The staff at Labelle beat the other guys HANDS DOWN! Being an active duty family, we found ourselves unexpectedly needing to trade 3 vehicles before moving to a new base. Since we are not located close to either dealership, I did all the initial research by phone and text message. We started with "the other guy" and I was shocked at the disrespect I was treated with. Annoyance at questions being asked, insistence that we come in to talk in person and an unwillingness to negotiate when I told them I had found a similar vehicle at Labelle with more options for a lower price. The worst part was their overall condescending tone during our conversations -- they definitely chased away the sale. When I called Labelle, I was put in contact with Sean (the sales manager) and explained our situation. I told him I wasn't driving over 2 hours unless all the numbers made sense. He took the time to go over everything with me. Told me EXACTLY what we'd be paying, what we qualified for in rebates and incentives and what they'd give us for our trades. We ended our initial convo and he gave me his personal cell number and told me to call/text with any other questions. I prepared for "the typical experience" when actually going to Labelle to buy the vehicle, but I was floored by how well we were treated from start to finish! I texted Sean to tell him we were coming but were concerned that the distance wouldn't leave us with much time before they closed, not to mention we could only drive 2 of the 3 vehicles there. He told us not to worry and head on in. He put me in contact Louis in sales to begin the paperwork AND sent 2 guys OVER 2 HOURS ONE WAY to pick up and drive our third vehicle back to their dealership! By the time we reached Labelle, Louis had just finished detailing the vehicle, Kathy had our paperwork ready to go and Sean had waited for us to get there. They handled everything quickly, professionally, honestly and with smiles after closing time on a Friday night. They went above and beyond making this the easiest vehicle purchase we've ever made. We may be moving away for a few years, but they've gained loyal customers for life!

And the brakes are very subtle but will need to be done soon. Both the battery and brakes should have been taken care of at "inspection" but that wasn't you guys right? You only put your name on it as having been throughly check over. I have not wrote my Yelp or Google review yet but I will be sure to mention the slimy salesman you have and will warn other single women to not go in alone. Your place is a joke and should be shut down for your unethical ways of slipping in more charges. Like the $1300 "interior protection" and $700 low jack that "are already installed" He made a big deal of having to disable the low jack but weirdly when I would not pay for them it was never mentioned again. I will bad mouth your business to anyone that will listen....and I meet several new people everyday. May you and your family's get the same level of service at places you do business as you provide to the public.

I shopped for about 2 weeks sending emails, text, and phone calls. I made a deal with a dealer on labor day weekend and drove over an hour to get there only to be disappointed when I got there. They changed the deal and didn't honor what they told me. Fast forward to the following weekend I was prepared to drive to Georgia after working out a deal with a dealer there. Last minute I found the Raptor I had been looking for on LaBelle's website. I contacted Chris Martin and explained to him the situation. I sent him pictures and details of my trade. Within an hour we had worked out a deal and I had a buyers order. I had a check sent from my credit union on Friday and drove an hour and a half over to LaBelle on Saturday. When I arrived they already had the truck detailed for me and waiting in the garage. I took it for a quick test drive and went into handle the paperwork.
