December 24th I paid for a catalytic converter on my 2021 Chevy Silverado which they specifically…read moretold me my truck wouldn't take after market parts, yet they installed an after market converter without my knowledge then claimed it was all GM parts. Months (December 19th - April 13th) go on where I continued to bring them the truck with no loaner or other vehicle to use and they'd keep it for a week then tell me to come pick it up just for the check engine light to turn back on as soon as I got home then bring it back for another week and continue this process for months. When I asked to go else where they didn't want to unless I was paying out of pocket. Which not having your personal vehicle for months will cost you money, time and in my case my job. They finally gave me a refund April 13th but I'm still waiting to see if it goes through or not. The only reason why I know it was an after market part is because I took my truck to Victory Layne and they told me. They will tell you one thing and do another that suits them best, without letting you in on what's happening, then tell you it's fine to keep driving while your truck has the same check engine light you paid to go away.

The owner owns an RV as well, & gave us so many useful tips. Highly recommend! Met three customers in the lobby who are rerun customers for like 15 years. Said they wouldn't trust anyone else. I was Lied to about my Pickup truck: My Pickup was dropped…read moreoff on March/2021 and I patiently waited over 13 months fueled by empty promises by John. I called Every other week and either someone was being hired to check my initial electrical issue, or parts were arriving for a new belt, battery, etc..., or "Fluids" needed to be changed on the Pickup. At the end there was apparently something always being done to this Pickup. After over a year he told me that he had the vehicle running and he was going to test it out driving it around and then out of nowhere according to him the car stopped working when I was going to Pick it up. Besides other promises about an additional vehicle which I am not even going to go into details..... I ended up taking the car from this repair shop and had a mechanic check to see if all of these new items that apparently were replaced were actually repaired and completed. To my surprise 13 months were waisted as the mechanic checked fluids, belts, battery, etc and nothing was done..... Its is sad as John seemed like an honest guy. I am really patient (13 months plus patient) and really wanted to give him the opportunity to make things right. I have attempted to call but either he is never able to "pick up the phone", or avoids my call or continues with excuse after excuse. I have been nothing but respectful and patient with John. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS SHOP TO ANY OF MY FAMILY AND FRIENDS.
