The very nice mechanic who thankfully ended up handling the rest of the service said to me, "he's like that with everyone, even us", but I don't think that has really anything to do with me, he called me stupid, and at this point I wanted to just leave, and I really should have (lesson learned) but I had to have the oil change done today so unfortunately I just dealt with it. I had 2 other oil changes done here previously with no problem, but I don't want to spend my money to end up being treated rudely/collateral damage because someone is "having a bad day" or "that's just how they are". Why not just be a nice person?

Sergio was driving somewhere with his family, saw me broke down, and stopped to help. They were an absolute godsend. I don't know what I would've done without them. He handled everything from removing the bad tire, and arranging for a replacement. They stayed with me the whole time, I can't thank them enough.

All over the internet, it says Ford MAKES this vehicle in a 2025 or 2026 model year. But according to the dealer, they don't stock them because anyone wanting such a vehicle would just pay more for an F-150. I DIDN'T EVEN WANT A FORD AT ALL, but was making an exception because I liked the LOOK of the Maverick, and I needed both a boat-towing vehicle and a vehicle with the best gas mileage I could find. The hybrid Maverick with 4k towing was a perfect. Within a 500 mile range, the only 4k hybrid Maverick I could find was at Labelle Ford (LF). I made an appointment for as soon as I got off of work and rushed from Cape Coral to Labelle. LF and I traded a lot of text messages that day (and the next), but it was apparent that they weren't listening to my needs. They kept trying to sell me a gas Maverick. Or a hybrid without the towing package. The hybrid with 4K turned out to be a unicorn because someone had messed up the listing. I went to the lot anyway because they had a used hybrid that had been modified by the prior owner to tow more than 2K. Upon arrival (rather than being texted in my rush to the lot), I was told the used Maverick had just sold. The next day at 10am, I get a message that there's another used Maverick just taken in on trade. What?! You take in a trade, build a sales page for it, and have it drive-ready by 10am but didn't have it at 7pm the night before? Anyway, that one ALSO wasn't a hybrid AND didn't have the 4K package, so it was like they still weren't listening. There were a couple other hiccups, including the offices smelling ENTIRELY of smoke due to people smoking right outside the open office door. But mainly, the misinformation and feeling like I wasn't being listened to regarding my needs left me feeling like I would probably not return. But like I said, Abe (and other staff) was personable and good to work with.

The vehicle was delivered with only one key, and getting this resolved has been unnecessarily difficult. Jay has been unresponsive at times and, when he does respond, it's been delays, excuses, or being given the runaround. What should have been a simple fix has turned into an ongoing issue that we've had to keep chasing. Once the deal was done, the level of service completely dropped off. There's been little to no accountability or urgency to fix a problem that was caused by the dealership. I would not recommend working with Jay based on this experience.

Against better judgement I decided to give this man a chance and get my car fixed. A mobile…read moremechanic sounded great and he was very nice. But after coming to see my vehicle, diagnosing it, and me paying him an inspection fee, he ghosted me. Has not responded in over a week and has ignored my texts. I think it's extremely unprofessional and rude to just scam me and not communicate back in any way. So now I must go and spend more money at a different shop and my car is still broken. Save yourself from wasting your time and money.
