Months (December 19th - April 13th) go on where I continued to bring them the truck with no loaner or other vehicle to use and they'd keep it for a week then tell me to come pick it up just for the check engine light to turn back on as soon as I got home then bring it back for another week and continue this process for months. When I asked to go else where they didn't want to unless I was paying out of pocket. Which not having your personal vehicle for months will cost you money, time and in my case my job. They finally gave me a refund April 13th but I'm still waiting to see if it goes through or not. The only reason why I know it was an after market part is because I took my truck to Victory Layne and they told me. They will tell you one thing and do another that suits them best, without letting you in on what's happening, then tell you it's fine to keep driving while your truck has the same check engine light you paid to go away.

They replied with a definite price and seem to be ready to do the job. N&M auto repair was…read moreprofessional from the beginning. They quoted me a definite price based on the information I gave them. I originally thought the quote was high, but after further research, I found that they were in the ballfield. The representative assured me with confident, that they were able to get me quality results.

My appointment was at 8 am I didn't get my truck down until 5:30 pm only because they were closing. My truck was not drivable. The many dents on both sides of my trim is unbelievable. The manager of this shop said he dont care he was going home. They left bolts off and scraped up new tires. My truck is messed up. The manager literally left me standing in the parking lot and drove off. I did not see my truck before I paid. They would not allow me access to my truck until I paid. I have tried several times to contact the owner.

I recently had mufflers and tail pipes installed on my car...and upon completion I was advised to see how it looked...and I just couldn't bring myself to say...it looks terrible...I was very adamant about the quality I was expecting...and more than willing to pay whatever price it took to do so..$1500.oo later...I just wanted to get my car and leave. Now I find myself in search of a competent exhaust mechanic with skills and pride in their work....these guys actually thought A. I was happy or B. They did a good job C. All of the above is wrong...I would honestly expect this from Wal Mart...So this is my thesis...on shops in Fort Myers...whether mechanic or collision or in between...never go to shops on Fowler street...because it will get fouled up!!...always do research on a shop ...5 stars doesn't mean shit if you can't back it up.
