Each time the individual spends at least $500 and has problems with that vehicle either right off the lot or in a couple of weeks. This was a frequent reoccurring problem. 2. In the end of March of 2026, I took my vehicle in to Ramsay. I needed all four tires replaced and an alignment. The tires were good quality but the service was not. I did not get an alignment even though I asked for one and as of July 10th, 2026 my two front tires are worn down in the inside exposing the wires. I called Ramsay and I was informed the tires are not covered by the warranty and they would not help out covering the cost of new tires. I went to Discount Tires in St. George, UT and they also agreed it was an alignment issue that worn down the tires. In the matter of a few months I have spent over $1,300 for tires due to this overlook. Overall, my family and I have never had a positive experince here and this car service does jobs halfway in could cost you hundreds in the near future. Highly would not recommend.

So, I took work off on Tuesday and made the drive to Kanab. I brought the vehicle in at 1:30pm, and Brent immediately told me that he couldn't work me in. I reminded him that I was coming from hours away and that he scheduled me in... but that didn't sway him. He refused to do the scheduled inspection. This is not only inconsiderate and unprofessional, but I believe that I might have a legal case against him. I will update if I choose to take them to small claims court. I would give them zero stars if possible.

My car coolant was leaking and the car was over heating. I though it would be the cap but wanted to…read moredouble check. I called Nick and he said they would be able to take care of it. they replaced the cap and took the car for a test drive and it was not heating any more. The cap was $15. However, Nick charged me $145, which i believe is a rip-off. I did not argue because we are on a road trip and I did not want to get upset about it. The bill was as follows: Cap $15 One hour of labor $79 (although all the labor was check pressure to see where the leak is from, put a new cap, and take it for a test drive) Shop parts $10 (i don't know what parts there are because the only thing they used is the cap) Anti-freeze $36 (for a gallon to keep in the car + topping off the coolant in my car) I would not recommend this place. The hotel were we stayed recommended another place, but we had to take it to Ramsay because the oter shop were busy for the day.

That guy was amazing. On the morning of Tuesday October 15th we called Adams Tow Company to pick us and our truck up and take us to their shop . They did arrive promptly and towed us to their shop. Over the phone He quoted us $300 for a trip and then upon arrival to the shop we were told the amount would be $420 ($10 a mile and $125 service fee) even thought he knew how far we had to go and he still ended up , up charging us. He's attitude was very unpleasant the entire time. As we arrived to the shop we had to wait awhile for the mechanic to arrive since he was in flagstaff picking up parts and an alternator for us. Now he was good. He got the alternator installed quickly and did an amazing job. But we were definitely not happy with the towing aspect of the company and his up charge. I would highly recommend Adam's Automotive repair shop but not recommend their towing service.
