They had suggested I bring it in - it was on my way - to identify if it was indeed the motor or just a fuse. I didn't end up having the motor replaced with them - but that Ricardo would stop what he was doing to do electrical testing on the motor and wiring to determine it was indeed a failed motor and not a simple fuse - and then to be told "no charge"... This is a company to trust and use again. While still visiting the area, a friend parked close by used them also for a solar problem on his RV - and they made a "house call"!! Each time the individual spends at least $500 and has problems with that vehicle either right off the lot or in a couple of weeks. This was a frequent reoccurring problem. 2. In the end of March of 2026, I took my vehicle in to Ramsay. I needed all four tires replaced and an alignment. The tires were good quality but the service was not. I did not get an alignment even though I asked for one and as of July 10th, 2026 my two front tires are worn down in the inside exposing the wires. I called Ramsay and I was informed the tires are not covered by the warranty and they would not help out covering the cost of new tires. I went to Discount Tires in St. George, UT and they also agreed it was an alignment issue that worn down the tires. In the matter of a few months I have spent over $1,300 for tires due to this overlook. Overall, my family and I have never had a positive experince here and this car service does jobs halfway in could cost you hundreds in the near future. Highly would not recommend.
