BEWARE! Do not take your vehicle to Little's. Flatbed it to St. George if you have to! We brought in a vehicle for leaks, they said it was fixed, but may leak again (huh? why didn't they fix it?) and charge $910. They said if it did leak again to bring it back in and they'd fix it. Sure enough, the vehicle continued to leak and we brought back (3 weeks later). They kept the vehicle for 3 days and then said "well, that's an additional $1000. When I went to speak to the owner (Mike) to ask how to resolve the issue he said "pay the $1000, other wise you won't get your car back". Then added: "have your lawyer call my lawyer". THIEVES! We had a couple of issues happen while On our 6 week camping trip. One involved our side out topper ripping in high winds. Also had a hinge break that holds the door on our engine compartment. Called several companies along the way and nobody could fix it. Pulled into Kanab UT and we were staying at the Grand Plateau RV and they recommended Little's. Called them And they came out the next morning early. Austin was the mechanic that showed up. He took a few pictures of the engine door and we discussed the topper. Went back to their office to research and called us later that day. They could fix both our issues but we only went with the topper. Dropped the rv off the next morning and they (Austin) replaced the topper and it works great and looks even better. Got the rv back to Grand Plateau and there was Austin working on another rig. We had a flat tire on our RV while at Wahweap Camground near Page, Az. Didn't think putting on a spare would be such an ordeal, especially since we were near a decent sized town and I pay for AAA RV service. Called AAA, and even though I've been a member for 32 years, for the first time ever they told me that they had called every authorized towing place in a 100 mile radius and could not send anyone out to change the tire. Well we were left on our own so we called all the local tow companies and shops and none would come out from Page, AZ. Finally we called Little's Diesel in Kanab, UT and lo and behold, Mike (the owner) said that he would send his sons forthwith. Not only that but they would bring a brand new tire and install it on the spot. Lance and Austin were responsive, professional and pleasant. They really represented the family business well. They knocked out the job in around 30 minutes and saved us untold hours having to go into Page to try to find a tire (even if someone else had come from Page to pop on the spare...). So, in a nutshell if you are stuck near Page, Az in a broken RV, don't waste your time trying to get anyone from Page to come out, because they won't. Wow! 1100-1200 miles from home; terrible wear on travel trailer two rear axle tires; steel bands showing on one tire, and 3:00 Friday afternoon! Billy at Little Diesel service says if I can get to the shop by 4:00, he can fix me up before the weekend. I got there at 4:00 and he was true to his word! By 4:45 I had two new tires installed and a plausible explanation for why my rear axle tires may be wearing so abysmally. Billy suggested that it is possible my two axles may not be aligned; creating a strange and destructive wear pattern. In light of the fact that I once hit a very tall curb on a tight corner, and hit the mother of all potholes last summer, an axle problem makes sense. We have an older 5th wheel trailer. I discovered that the floor to the bedroom slideout was rotted and finally completely disconnected from the slide. I was waiting to get to our winter destination to get it repaired. While in Kanab, UT, I asked the owner of the RV park we were at if anyone could fix this for us. She recommended Lance at Little's. I called on a Monday and spoke to Lance. He suggested we bring it in on Thursday even though they were very busy with RV repairs. With much trepidation I brought it in. Lance assured me he could replace the floor and have it back to me the same day - even though it meant he had to work overtime. HE DID IT!! I can't say enough good things about this young man. The price for the work was more than reasonable as well. If i'm ever within a couple of hundred miles of Kanab and need repairs on my trailer this is where I would go - no questions asked. read more

Billie and Lance are the greatest guys. I won't take my 1954 Ford truck anywhere else. Always fair and thorough. Today after I picked up my truck looked down to see zero oil pressure (just had an oil change) looked at dip stick and looked like there was no oil in the engine. Called Billie immediately and he dispatched a tech to where I was pulled over. Well, turns out there was oil in the engine (just was so clear I couldn't see it, the tech had to look twice, too). The tech did a quick look under the dash and found a loose wire and prompty fixed the oil pressure gauge. All was good to go. Don't take your vehcile anywhere else. read more

We were traveling thru and we were having generator issues. We pulled in with no appointment and they were all busy working. Billy took the time to look the generator over quickly and told us he couldn't work on it until the end of the day. He suggested running sea foam additive to the fuel and nurse the generator with the choke until it could run on its own without the choke. He also suggested a different repair shop in the direction we were heading in case that didn't help. It worked!!! Little's Diesel Service was a trip saver for us! We drove our RV into the campground on Monday afternoon and discovered that we had a MAJOR water leak from our outdoor shower. I called Billie at Little's on Tuesday morning and he suggested capping it as a quick fix, as he most likely didn't have the parts required. We'll, it's mid -November and we weren't going to be using that any time soon! He made time in his schedule and got our lines capped and everything back together in under an hour. One of the relays on the Surge Guard transfer switch went out on our 2013 Tiffin on our first day at our CG. Lance Little came out on Monday and diagnosed the problem. Their shop had just sold the last box so he had to order one in. He bypassed the relays so we could use our generator so we would be able to use the AC and other needed stuff. We were stuck in Kanab with our fifth wheel landing gear broken and our hot water heater also went out. Nobody likes to have repairs on the road but we sure were fortunate to have this repair shop nearby! They came out after hours to help and after fixing us up so we could drive to their shop, we ended up staying in their lot until parts could be delivered. With WiFi, 50 amp service and water:). Top notch staff. Honest and to the point. I had a problem with my Sprinter Van while in Zion. I had a really good feeling about this place after the initial reviews and when talking to Billy. He was patient and helpful when sussing out the problem over the phone. They were busy but squeezed us in. Knowing that we were waiting and eager to get on the road, Billy lent us a loaner vehicle to enjoy a day hike. When we came back, he continued to be helpful with pointing us towards things go enjoy during the remainder of the trip.
