We hired Lloyd griffin aka Dorado design to do a complete…read morerenovation of our home what we got was the worst quality work you have ever seen.Everything they did to my house was substandard from the new construction to the floors to the doors to the windows.He used doors that weren't designed to fit our house.He built a master bedroom on to our home and the floor is 3 inch's lower than the rest of the home.He put in a bay window in our dining room that is now falling out of the house because he attached it to the front deck that he built.Because of the fact that he will not return our calls to try to rectify the situation we will be filling a lawsuit against his company today.

Pat stopped by our home a few times and we visited her at her design office, and she was able to design a kitchen that was fully functional for our small galley area, as well as bathroom cabinets for both our master and guest baths. We liked that there were no surprise or hidden costs, as her quoted prices include soft-close cabinets, as well as our choice of hardware/handles. Pat's quoted price also include the delivery and installation of all cabinets and trim. Pat was easy to contact and our Omega cabinets arrived a few weeks ahead of schedule! She uses a local installation company who installed both our home office cabinets as well as our entire kitchen and bath cabinets as well. They did a fantastic job as well! Just before the nightmare with…read morethe entertainment center debacle was about to start, I brought Sandra another client during the same time I was collaborating with her on an entertainment center. This new client I brought in I have just designed a beautiful new kitchen layout. They hired me to completely redesign their entire home with a budget of 350K, and they had moved out of their home. I would have been an amazing project with Sandra and I. I stated to Sandra we had around a 50K budget for the kitchen cabinets. Her price ended up being over 110K for just the kitchen only, no labor. I along with my clients were gob smacked by this number. Not once did she even try to save the sale or offer any suggestions of different lines. Looking back, I now fell she gave an outrageous number to blow me off and not to do another project with her. I ended up losing this new client that I truly needed, especially being new to Tucson. When I reached out to the client, he stated to me, "Your pricing is just too high for us, we are getting the cabinetry and kitchen you designed for us for 42K". Granted a different cabinet line and I am sure they made changes but still. I lost a 350K project over an outrageous number provided for cabinetry. Like the entertainment center project, I was disappointed in Sandra with her lack of concern and professionalism or trying to meet the client's budget. Two months later she wanted to bill me for using my drawings to put into the computer to present to them for the sale. I said that you will have to ask the client not me. I was not hiring you, they were. If you do not ask for a deposit or explain your charge to put my drawings into the computer this is not my fault, it is yours. So, no will never work with Arizona kitchens again, nor refer, nor do I recommend, which is terribly sad as they have a beautiful showroom much like my old one, but the service is just not there. It took us 6 weeks to finally sign the contract and put down the $6000 deposit for our mater bathroom. During that time she has reconfigured the designs and charges 5 different ways. I will check in again, when the work is complete! So far, we are impressed. We think this design studio is about 1/3 more then putting the project together ourselves but we look forward to amazing results.

This is the best company to have your kitchen remodel by. They have quality cabinets, hardware, and countertops, with reasonable prices and a great crew of workers. I so appreciated that Dan listen to what I wanted to have done in my kitchen and he made it happen at a reasonable price and quality materials. He saw my vision and made great suggestions but never pushed something I didn't want. There were time as the progress was going that I was in tears of joy with how it was coming together. Richard, Cesar, Raul and Martin installed the cabinets quickly and very effectively, even with a minor change that I asked them to do. They quickly did the change without making me feel I was wrong in asking. Great group of fellows that work so well together to get it accomplished. First tears of joy for how beautiful the cabinets were and looked. Miguel, Max, Jose and Victor were the crew that installed my granite countertops. I sort of made it a challenge for them asking that the largest counter not have a seam in it, but be a completely one piece. They did it so nicely.
