Tourists! This is your shop for good quality LB merch! Just as a comparison, there's a men's shirt shop nearby that sells nice dress shirts for $180 each! This is an extreme example though. The sweatshirts we bought probably go for $60 or more in any of the shops nearby, especially ones closer to PCH. Today was no different, in addition to not being greeted, the woman sighed heavily as she walked by me and then stood by the door with her purse on while looking at her phone signaling that she wanted to leave. I took the hint and walked out the door and she followed to go across the street to a restaurant. I guess she was hungry/hangry? At any rate, I am surprised that this store has lasted so long because they obviously do not value helping people spend their money. You win Laguna Supply, I'll never come back.

My husband found a cozy seat he could relax in while I browsed with the sales lady. A lot of their pieces here are everyday upscale beach wear. There were also lots of cute cocktail dresses and other items like floppy hats, bikinis, one piece suits, jewelry, handbags and shoes. The items where reasonably priced and the assistance wasn't pushy or over the top just helpful. I found a long mixed pattern line maxi dress. The material was soft and jersey feel. I went to return/exchange it and they claimed there was no way. That their magic tissue paper doesn't bleed. And it was the wrong color. She pulls out their tissue paper and puts it next to the stain and it's literally the exact same color. Apparently her manager said there is no way that happened. I was pulling up my receipt and it was clear they were in no way willing to help me resolve my issue. My $70 sweater with their tags still attached is ruined - clearly didn't have the stains when I bought it and after being wrapped in their tissue paper for a few days, it did. I said, it doesn't appear that you're going to do anything as she was hiding in the room talking to her manager on the phone about it. And so I was sent away with a brand new sweater ruined by their "non bleeding" magic tissue paper. Every store in laguna carries the same products so I will for sure be giving my business to another one.

We didn't have a change of clothes and didn't wish you dirty the rental vehicle. Called Debra at Main Beach Outlet and she was soooo accommodating. She found shorts for our 13 and 16 year old sons and allowed them to use the dressing rooms to change into dry clothes. I feel like she gave us great deals on all items purchased, especially for the situation and even ran out bag we forgot out to us as we were leaving. She was so kind to our 6 year old daughter and the husband and I were able to score some great shirts to remember the experience by. My friend bought an expensive dress for a party at this shop and when she got it home, she tried it on again and I noticed there was a hole in it so she went back and asked them to fix the hole because she loves the dress, the woman working there (not the owner) took the dress back and then the owner fired that woman later for doing so. Violet said the following comments to my friend; How do I know you bought the dress here? It smells like perfume anyway so I know you wore it already. You must have ripped it because I have three different people who check all of my merchandise. She obviously isn't great with customer service and we will never be giving her our business again, and I recommend you don't either. For a high end boutique to have someone who treats their patrons with such disrespect is absolutely ridiculous and plain rude.
