My first appointment was with the female NP, she did my ultrasound for 2 minutes & told me she didn't see a baby in the sac and rescheduled me for another appointment in 2 weeks. Mind you, there ultrasound machine is so OLD & prints out black pictures. The very next week, I go to a totally different clinic with a state of the art ultrasound. The midwife at that clinic took her time and did my ultrasound for 20 mins. She found 2 sacs, one with a baby & one without. I go back to Beverly Care and they have me see Dr.Lee since the female is not available. Dr.Lee is condescending & rude. He didn't take his time with the ultrasound, he didn't look for a second sac. He just told me it's only one baby and printed me out a super black picture. He even had the nerve to joke and ask me & my boyfriend have we made a decision on keeping our baby & it was not in a sincere genuine way. We obviously are keeping our baby or else we wouldnt be there, we would be at Planned Parenthood. I'm switching doctors as soon as I can.

BAD BAD BAD BAD BAD BAD BAD BAD STAFF AND DOCTOR!!!!!!!!!!!!…read moreIf I could give a negative review I would. This is the second time coming here for my kids. The first time I called (2025) I was providing my information over the phone and the lady was extremely rude. Basically said I didn't have insurance coverage and wasn't able to schedule an appointment. I reiterated the fact that my children were covered and she needed to check her system thoroughly. Back and forth discussion that resulted in my calling back to schedule it when she simply could have scheduled the appointment to begin with and verified the active status of my insurance upon the appointment a month later or even in between that time. With her continued rudeness, I decided to give her a taste of her own medicine "no pun intended". She clearly didn't like it and coincidentally changed her attitude almost immediately. Upon arriving at the Doctors office, i found out that the rude lady over the phone was thinner short lady with dark mid-length hair. I don't recall her name at this moment. Fast forward, we entered the medical room. Dr. Koo kept interrupting me, dismissing my input regarding my concerns for my child and their health, and kept telling my young kids for them to explain themselves. I get it, you want to hear from the child directly how they feel but when they dont have the right words to explain themselves and articulate what is going on then thats when parents should advocate for their kids and speak up, which I tried doing. But again, Dr. Koo continued to ignore my concerns as a parent and kept interrupting me or basically shutting me up. I figured maybe she was having a bad day. giving her and her staff the benefit of doubt. 1 year later, another physical. Took my kids in and guess what!? YUP! Same BS! Same receptionist/nurse (whatever you want to call her) was rude. The rude lady was asking me what concerns i had related to my kids health. I explained and there was no empathy whatsoever. I felt like the concerns I was explaining to her didn't matter and tried rushing me by not allowing me to finish what i wanted to say and asked me "any other concerns" even before finishing my last sentence. If you dont know how to listen to patient's concerns, then this is definitely not the field you should be working in ... lady! She looked like someone put cat litter and fecal matter in her food with that snobby expression on her face! ugh! I hope she reads this too! Mind you, she also forgot to list some concerns i expressed. Anything i mentioned she immediately interrupted me by saying "You can tell the dr that, you can tell the dr that, you can tell the dr that." as if she didnt seem to care about what i had to say. I specifically asked for two specific exams and it was like twisting her arm! these exams i know for a fact she was supposed to do and didnt want to do it probably because she was being lazy. if your child goes in for an annual check up, anything can happen within a year so many changes, so you want to ensure you get EVERYTHING checked out! Not this office. NOPE! THEY DON'T CARE!!!! Once she left, Dr. Koo came in (shaking my head!) I started explaining the concerns. Guess what!? She did the same thing again as she did last year. Interrupted me, dismissed me, she was checking my child and made the comment like "what do i know im not the specialist". Right, youre not the specialist but you ARE the DOCTOR, so have some empathy lady!! Not to mention, my insurance fees pay your salary including my out of pocket expenses, so be grateful! I told myself I cant believe this! AGAIN!?!?!? this is ridiculous! Who does this?! what kind of doctor does this!? i was livid and so annoyed at the treatment we received, (better yet, lack of treatment), and couldn't wait for the appointment to be over with. Oh! and the two exams I requested, only one was done. Lo and behold, the one exam I requested, turned out my child now needs to be a specialist. If i wasn't persistent on the inhouse exam, my child would have suffered even longer!!!! SAVE YOUR TIME, MONEY, ENERGY, AND EVERYTHING OVERALL BY SELECTING SOMEONE WHO GENUINELY CARES!!!! FOR THE LOVE OF GOD DO NOT BRING YOUR CHILDREN HERE!!!!!

I again repeated the VM and how she canceled my appointment - to which she immediately picked up an attitude and said your appointment is not canceled so again what is your problem ? I never had a doctors office speak so gross. I asked her to confirm my insurance information is on file which it wasn't and she kept telling me that I'm stressing her out by calling (I called once...) she's extremely rude. She refused to let me speak to anyone else even after telling her her behavior is making me uncomfortable and it would probably be best that I speak to someone else since she seems busy. This is a doctor's office and she was talking to me like we were on skid row. She hung up and had the worst attitude I've ever heard in my entire life after I told her nicely to stop being so rude and have respect the same way I do for her. disgusting behavior I'm never coming to this office I'm literally canceling my appointment because I don't feel comfortable coming to a doctors office with someone who talks to patients like that - I waited three weeks for an appointment to see Dr. rosales who I've heard great things about, but I honestly don't even think it's worth going because of how little respect and basic manners that their front desk has. I'm sure the other ladies at the front desk and the manager Ashley Torres our great people, but rosie at front desk refused to allow me to speak to any of them. I was literally never had such an awful experience over the phone with a doctor's office. Do better - these are patients and families coming in and that attitude is the first thing they receive that's ridiculous. I had to tell her nicely three times to please stop being so rude to me to which she either scoff or not care and repeat herself talking to me like an animal. I literally had to tell her that this is a doctors office and I'm a patient. She does not need to be so rude to me and she just continue to argue with me. It's actually discussing that's how she treats patients. I guess I'll be looking for another doctor after waiting for three weeks for this appointment because it's not worth having to deal with that front desk and I honestly don't need to go into a doctor's office and cry after telling someone five times to speak to me like a human. She needs help Smh
