I think this is our 5th or 6th New Car Purchase from them and I cannot say enough about their level of care and professionalism, to the point that it was difficult for us to find the time to get there to pick up the Tahoe due to work and children, the BROUGHT IT TO OUR DRIVEWAY 30 minutes away from them !!!!! I had shopped every dealership within 100+ miles too and some dealers beat them on a part of the deal to make it look better than it was, but when running the total numbers at the end, Chevrolet of Troy came out on top by $1,000s which made us incredibly happy buyers. Do not get fooled by advertising and marketing campaigns from dealerships that offer crazy prices that for this reason or that reason will not honor them once you get there, 99% of them will do that to you......Chevrolet of Troy not only honored their advertised price but found $1,000 more for us on this particular truck due to an incentive that was just coming into the market.......they could have not told us that and pocketed the $1,000 difference, we had totally agreed to pay that, but they did not and that alone left such an impression me that they will continue to be our "go to" place every time we purchase ! Integrity is worth more than Money, and I feel that the entire team at Chevrolet of Troy proved to me that they do truly care about their customers. Understandably, manufacturers are still experiencing delays and issues due to the COVID-19 pandemic which may affect ordering and delivering parts. We also didn't expect our vehicle to be as dusty inside as it was when we picked it up. No big deal as we can clean it up, but again the lack of communication (in this case the expectations of the service and exactly what steps would be taken to service our vehicle) left us feeling a bit disappointed. Then speaking to another person in the office and her basically telling me that she didn't understand what I didn't understand after asking a question. I called my insurance company and told them I was taking my truck somewhere else. I am very saddened by the lack of customer service. It is apparent that they have enough work and won't need my business but I truly couldn't believe the way the talk to people. Not everyone is familiar with the way things work in this type of industry and while your not always helping people customer service would have gone a long way.
