If I could give this place zero stars, I would. What happened to my mother at this clinic was not…read morejust unprofessional. It was inhumane. My mom had an early morning appointment at Mountain Pine Dermatology's Meridian location for her Accutane prescription. She's done this process before, so she knew the steps. She simply asked the PA if she still needed to wait 30 days after her pregnancy test, given that her husband had a vasectomy. The PA didn't know, left the room, and then an assistant came in and confidently told her she could be prescribed that same day, she just needed to log into iPledge and answer a question. My mom doesn't speak fluent English, and she's not tech-savvy. She called me for help while I was at work because the clinic attached my email to her chart. I stayed on standby, ready to help her log in, while she waited patiently at the clinic. And waited. And waited. They kept telling her "we'll be with you soon," but it was completely soulless, like she was an inconvenience, not a patient. No one actually tried to help. No one explained anything clearly. She waited quietly and respectfully for hours, trusted their word, and when they told her, "we'll call you later," she believed them and went home. They never called. She had to call them twice and both times, all they said was "we don't know yet" and they'd "call her back." They never did. But here's what really shows their utter lack of care. Assistant wrote on her chart, "Language barrier - don't know if she understood." Are you serious? You knew there was a language barrier. You were not sure if your patient understood instructions about one of the serious medications in dermatology and you didn't use your translation services? You didn't take the time to clarify? You just let her leave and hoped it wasn't your problem anymore? This is medical negligence, plain and simple. When I went in person to talk to them, both the nurse manager and the administrator acted like I was the problem. Cold. Dismissive. Not an ounce of empathy. I calmly asked the administrator how she'd feel if her own mother someone who struggles with English was treated this way. Her response? "I need to ask you to leave." That's it. No apology. No accountability. No shame. Let me be clear, my mother was not difficult. She was not loud or demanding. She's one of the sweetest, most polite people you'll ever meet. She sat there quietly while the staff at this clinic treated her like a burden. This clinic failed her. Completely. If your mother, your grandmother, or anyone you care about doesn't speak perfect English, don't bring them here. They will not be treated with respect, dignity, or basic decency. And to the staff who saw this happen and did nothing you should be ashamed.

I gave my insurance card to the front desk and checked in. When I was taken back, I had to sign a form saying that I understand that my insurance might not cover this service because some companies classify it as cosmetic. I asked the MA/nurse for an estimate of the visit if insurance didn't cover it. She explained that the price depends on if I get a Rx etc. I understand that. I mainly wanted an idea of the visit charge. I decided to stay because I was embarrassed about the idea of leaving. I spoke with billing today and she was kind and helpful. She explained that the office charged my insurance company about $450. I'm worried about the price of the visit as I'm struggling to pay my expenses. I'm disappointed that I wasn't given the information at the time of the visit.

DO NOT SEE THIS GROUP…read more First of all, you are herded through here like cattle. Secondly, you will see PA and not a real dermatologist and you will be charged for a 30 minute appointment to the tune of $386 for a 10 minute new patient look over. The national average according to my insurance company should be in the $230 - $270 range. Hard no.

Somehow my review keeps getting taken down. Just updating to make sure my review is still visible…read more BOTCHED AND DISFIGURED I went to Dr Rodgers for sinus surgery, rhinoplasty, and liposuction. There were immediate red flags I unfortunately ignored. The first was the condition of Dr Rodgers's teeth. His teeth are covered in plaque and tarter. They look like they haven't been cleaned in ten years. It's unusual for a surgeon, to say the least. The second red flag was when discussing the desired results; I mentioned that I wanted a nose that aesthetically fit my face. Dr. Roger responded that he didn't care about aesthetics. It's strange a plastic surgeon wouldn't care about aesthetics. The third red flag is Dr. Rodgers is missing an index finger on his dominant right hand. I clarified to Dr Rodgers that I wanted a straight Roman nose. What I got is something better suited to a Puerto Rican. Dr. Rogers removed too much cartilage off my bridge, leaving me with a rounded nose bridge lacking structure and a flat spot in the middle. My nostrils are now different sizes and attached unevenly to my face. I have a collapsed right valve. His incision on my columella left me with a missing cartilage on the left side. The tip of my nose, which he was supposed to refine, is wider than before. The septum he was supposed to straighten is deviated to the left. My nose is noticeably shorter. When I asked Dr. Rogers if he removed any cartilage from the tip of my nose, he said no. This was a lie. According to the medical records I requested, Dr Rodgers removed cartilage from the tip of my nose without discussing it with me. The liposuction he performed on my face has left me with a dent in my right cheek. When I brought up my concerns to Dr. Rogers, he laughed in my face (literally). He did this multiple times while trying to gaslight me to me think I was seeing things or hadn't waited long enough to see the results manifest. Ultimately, Dr. Rogers put me off for over a year before telling me he would not perform a revision surgery. This means I have to spend $15-$20,000 to have another surgeon correct Dr. Rogers's mistakes. This has been one of the worst experiences in my life. Fortunately, I could do a chargeback on one of the credit cards I used to pay for the surgery. I would highly recommend it to anyone considering plastic surgery. Put the initial charge on a credit card and charge the surgeon back when they see any potential bad results. Surgeons only win 23% of chargeback cases, so the chances are good that you will get your money back. I made the mistake of going with Dr. Rogers because he was affordable. I ignored red flags so I could save money. Now I'll be paying for it the rest of my life.
