I ordered to take out- I gave it a decent time for pick up. Once my father arrived for pick up he confirmed the order with the cashier. Then upon checking the order it was done incorrectly. As he was still there he called me and I spoke to the server and she asked me for my order details. Seems like instead of 3 orders of tacos, one torta and a side of French fries . What they had done was 2 taco orders, 2 tortas and one French fries. I asked if possible to correct the order my dad was willing to wait.
To my surprise instead of an apology what I got was that I had called the "office " and my order was sent wrong to them. So I asked very respectfully how is a customer supposed to know where we are calling? I called the number listed on the menu which is the same online. Plus that is really irrelevant where I called I was asking if possible to correct the item that was done wrong. Lady got very upset and said NO she was not able to change the torta to tacos. So I asked my dad to walk away. Unfortunately he felt bad and payed for the order that was made and brought it home. Now the food is great I have no complaints the lady who answered in the " office " was also very pleasant. But it's SAD to say that the server was not very pleasant at all. First impression always counts, and as a waitress, server you are the face of the business. The food is great but the customer service is not as good - at all. Customers need to be treated with respect. I have many options for food and I refuse to give business to unpleasant people. I tend to have homemade meals, but I try to have an outside meal to give myself a break from cooking, and at the same time to support local small businesses. We need our community to be successful but customer service like this one not only gets anyone upset but it affects their own business. So, I just wanted to warn customers when calling, cause it seems like office and restaurant clerk are not in the same page. read more
