Got in quickly through the cancellation list which I was thankful for, specifically for a cleaning and x-rays. Everyone was friendly and welcoming. The person taking my x-rays made it easy, and my hygienist was gentle and talked me through everything as she went, which I really appreciated. They explained the processes to me, always asking if I had questions. They did not chastise me or make me feel bad for the poor quality of my teeth. They were friendly, genuinely helpful, and personable. The office itself was the nicest dentist I've EVER been to (and my last dentist was in Beverly Hills). It's clean, modern, and a gorgeous space. It's not sterile or showing any signs of age. The space was so welcoming that it quelled many anxieties off the bat. Overall, I can't recommend this dentist enough.
