I take my son here. Even he was impressed with Dr. Garcia. The best place I've found so far and I've seen a lot.

Ask the Community - Rancho Counseling

So you provide anger management help?

Hello Chrissy, we provide individual therapy which can include working through anger and teaching coping skills for dealing with anger. We are not contracted through the court to provide anger management classes though.

    Do you accept IEHP?

Hello, we do not accept IEHP. The best way to find a therapist who does would be to contact IEHP directly or go on their website and look for a list of providers.

Hello do you have any availability for monday?

Hi Heidy, the next best step would be for you to call for a phone consultation to be sure we are a good fit for you, and we can get you booked for some time this week.

I had a person experience with him where i was the only one to show up during a mens group and just needed someone to vent to. During this conversation, i became sad about my place in life at the time and he asked if he could touch me and i said no but he did it anyway. That made me feel weird and then he went on to tell the entire class that i had came in distraught and suicidal with out any regard for how i might feel about it. There are others you can go to , he's not worth the trouble.

I hadn't had many interactions with them, until the last few months when I contacted them multiple times because they stopped sending me reminder texts. For months, the day before reminders weren't arriving, and it actually caused me to miss appointments. I begged them to fix it. Nothing. Finally they escalate to tech support after like 5 months of this, and they find some weird thing wrong that still hadn't been fixed. Therapist says he's changing offices, and gave me options for moving forward. I wanted to stay with him, and he told me that I could expect some contact person changes and stuff in my email. Pretty straightforward. Then they (the old office) called me today, telling me that they're calling because of my appointment next week. They inform me that Landon is no longer with them (OK), and then.... tell me they will assign me a new therapist or I can pick one from their roster. Um WHAT. As if my therapist, who I have a longstanding conversation and rapport with now, is a spare tire to be changed out at need. I'm pretty stable at the moment, but that could really rock someone's boat if they weren't prepared for it and maybe not ready to hold their ground and advocate for themselves I will have no reason to field their calls again and I'm good with that.
