The lady who massaged me finished at 5:55 when she clearly started after 5:00. As we were leaving of course they expected a tip. The tip is provide a full service and don't try to cut time or not complete a full body massage just because your customer is sleeping. Also, if you leave the room for other than getting a hot towel and have to handle other business don't skimp on your customer's time. I definitely will not be going back.
