Spoke with other more reputable surveyors who agreed with our title information and could not figure out what Jonny's issue was. We all figure he just wanted to drive up costs by fooling around rather than doing the job, unfortunately. Call the others in the area, avoid this place, even if it initially seems cheaper, you will have to hire someone else to get the job done again and get it done correctly per professional standards.

They claimed they never received them the move-in money which was weird because how would I have moved into the property if they never received the move in money... I ended up having to pay twice for the deposit to move in because the first one they claimed they didn't receive it then I gave it to Rosemary who works in the office. I believe she stole the money. She has a bad attitude and she never answered the phone. Also the manager there is rude and I believe he's racist. He hung up the phone in my face because I told him it was unprofessional not to respond back to my email cause he told me they usually don't respond back to emails when I had a lot of questions in the emails and I patiently was waiting on them to respond to answer my questions which would be only right and never heard of someone saying at the office that they're not gonna respond to an email.. the owner needs to hire a new management team because they're not getting a job done. I've ran them from other management companies and it never has been this bad. Try progress rental. They're really good in Atlanta. These people are not.
