We had very realistic conversations about pricing and condition of the house and recent sales in the area. Gina set up the painter, cleaner and had professional photos taken of the house. The listing was spectacular. She put together a beautiful brochure and we were kept in the loop through the whole process. She was realistic and honest with us.
