They frequently host events, and are essentially located in North Park. There are private office spaces, two conference rooms, as well as flexible seating at desks if you are not tied to needing to be sitting at the same place every time. There are also lockers, a bike you can rent, and more. In addition to that, there is a quiet room with soundproofing for phone calls if you do opt for a flex desk and need to take calls from time to time. The people who rent from Union are very friendly, and all are welcome here. PS, it's dog friendly.

Five reasons for five stars:…read more - Thanks to Russ, the process to book was pain-free and straightforward. He even made recommendations on where to sit based on the type of work I was doing (revising a manuscript) and was spot-on. - The facility itself is very clean (I've been there late when the cleaners come, and they are thorough). - The short-term and flex options are helpful, especially when you're working on an ever-changing timeline. - Even though it's located in North Park, it felt sectioned off from the hustle and bustle. - I actually got a lot of work done, which was a win after months of cabin fever and dragging my feet. It's definitely worth checking out if you're looking for a space to work. Highly recommend.

The people I met there felt like real coworkers, and the team goes above and beyond to actually get to know you, not just check you in and hand you a coffee. The space itself is adorable, has incredible energy, and the snacks are an underrated bonus. They have extra monitors available (first come, first served), and as someone who got there early, I never had an issue. Honestly, that alone was a huge selling point for me. I moved away and had to give up my membership, which was genuinely sad. But if I ever move back to San Diego? I'd be back in a heartbeat. Highly recommend.

I first started as a common desk, which allowed me to float from the kitchen and other common area tables. It was kind of pain loading and unloading a lot of my office supplies so I upgraded to a private desk in April and it was the best decision ever. Having a dedicated plug for my electronics and being able to leave paper products and other personal items is great. Other perks I greatly appreciate: spacious conference rooms, unlimited Black/White printing, free coffee, tea, kefir soda and phone booth access. I forgot about fridge access as well. It's nice for me to store some of my breakfast and lunch items for myself instead of running to Trader Joe's or Chick-fil-A every day.

We were looking for a quieter place to work because all the coffee shops around were busy and too much noise for a meeting. So, we found this location, Tailored Spaces. Danna welcomed us with a smile and then showed us around the co-working level. If you've ever visited WeWork downtown, then you will understand how cramped and hot it can be! I was really shocked at how open it was. The entire open desk floor was SO NICE, organized and spacious with great air flow. Everyone we passed seemed friendly, which helped create a great vibe. There were tons of offices available for rent, from small private rooms to larger rooms. The phone booths were way more comfortable and attractive than at WeWork! And the kitchen? Huge! Fully stocked with snacks, drinks, menus from local restaurants. I think my favorite part of the kitchen was that it had a nugget ice machine in the fridge! I loved the space so much that I came back the next Monday. There was a little more foot traffic but everybody was respectful about noise, especially during meetings. Danna couldn't have been sweeter or more helpful in making sure everyone had what they needed and even highlighted the nice perks that we didn't know about before. Also, I noticed there was a beautiful balloon arch around the Tailored Spaces sign at her desk and she mentioned she created it! Talented and friendly!! The kind of energy and vibe Danna brought to the space is something I think sets Tailored Spaces apart. I will for sure be back next time I am in the area needing a place to get work done. If you are looking for a desk or office space you should definitely check out Tailored Spaces you will not be disappointed. The whole place is extremely clean, open and filled with friendly people. I keep recommending it to all my WFH colleagues and fellow small business owners!

Danna gave me and my wife a quick tour, and she was super friendly! he tenants were speaking with Danna like she was a member of their team, you can tell Danna is just a friendly person. The desks, private offices, and phone booths were all good, plus perfect to get your work done or hop on a call. The pricing is approximately the same as WeWork, but honestly, the winning aspect for me was that this space felt open and was much cleaner. Also, free parking! Kudos to Danna: my wife loved the balloon arch at the front entrance, and come to find out Danna made the arch herself, and people were actually giving compliments about it when they walked in for their tours. I would definitely recommend Tailored Spaces if you need a good place to work. I will definitely be back.

I've worked in a beautiful, super-boujee creative spaces run by artists who ensured there were always fresh kegs of IPA, kombucha, and cold brew on tap. And I've worked out of multiple other types of spaces in between. This is what I can say about NEST: I've never felt as welcomed, and cared for, by an owner as I have here. Darin is truly amazing. He truly cares about his tenants and takes an interest in their businesses. Even though he has a million things going on in his own (multiple) businesses, he makes time whenever it's asked. It may not be the optimal place for everyone. You won't find air hockey tables in the common space or hard Yerba mate on tap. The huge common spaces with rows of desks and rooms of content creators wearing Air Pod Pros and sipping incessantly from their huge Stanley cups aren't here. And the decorating is more cozy and creative than modern and chic. But, if you're looking for a place with responsive ownership who cares, will respond to personal text messages, and wants to do their best to meet your particular needs, check out NEST. The rates are reasonable, the location is great, and you won't find a place more welcoming.
