As you seem young, maybe this is your first real job so heres a tip. When you are at work, work comes first. That was terrible customer service, you kinda were irritated I was even in your checkout lane, and I think they need to train you a bit better on your customer service interactions and mannerisms. Otherwise this is my main store and majority of the staff, including the very hardworking guys who do the outside pickup orders, are very friendly and helpful. Feeling restless one hot evening, I said, I feel like Häagen Dazs coffee ice cream! Not much lip from Hubby so off we went. Granted, we could've just as easily gone to Stater Bros down the street but he says they're not that friendly over there. I was up for a drive. We were on a mission. Fortunately for us, like most Ralph's, this one is laid out fairly well so weaving through the store, it ked us straight to the ice cream aisle. After I had expressed my concerns with the store manager via telephone, the product still remained on their shelves. The manager said without confidence that even if I were to bring in a sample cup, the only thing he would do, aside from making me drive back for a product refund, was to send it to their corporate headquarters -- though he conveyed the futility of that action, almost laughing at the entire ordeal. I later filed a complaint with County health officials, and the apparently incompetent "inspector" merely talked to a store manager and rubber-stamped the complaint as resolved.

Food here is nice, especially the fresh meats and seafood. I enjoy getting their macaroni salad and pasta salads. It's always nice, too, when they give discounts to seasonal items. Parking is easy. I'd recommend parking to the side of the store, near the grocery pick up. Not many patrons park there and it's easy to walk to the front entrance. No complaints from me.
