Sent someone I didn't know an hour before the agreed upon time without communicating, kept material for which I paid, for 3 days, and did not respond to my inquiry about when he would deliver the material to me. 3 days after he said he would return the material he showed up unannounced and left 2 of the 3 items, after I again bought the same items and hired someone else to do the install. I had to return the original material and meanwhile I had reported the items he kept to the fraud department. They gave me the wrong information about another item I didn't buy, but they made a mistake which I cleared up. He did not do fraud. He did threaten to "make me pay" for ruining his reputation and causing him to lose a job. He takes no responsibility for his contribution to the mess. read more
