Located on Highway 111, with a mountain backdrop, it offers many big box stores that help get the errands accomplished. Dear Hubby and I popped in this afternoon as we had specific things we were seeking, including a bathing suit for him, a USB cable for my phone charger, and a few other items. He scored a nice swimsuit on clearance for ten bucks at Marshall's! I found the USB cable with proper end for $7. I also picked up a couple of items I wasn't specifically looking for, but were good deals and will come in handy. It's really convenient to be able to check out TJ Maxx and Marshall's in the same plaza. There's lots of free parking. The architecture includes colorful tiles and distinctive domes, which are noticable even several blocks away. I didn't get a chance to take in the whole of the place, but did notice signs for Target, Aldi, and Best Buy. The next time we come to the desert, this will likely lure us again for essentials we forgot to bring from home.

This place would be your typical covered indoor mall. Theres not much to it besides the main stores with Macys, Dicks and JC Pennys as they're major department stores. They have some of the other basics you would get inside any mall. HM, Finish Line, Hollister, Lids, Vans, Bath and Body Works and so on. Your regular retail chain stores. It's a decent size mall that you could walk down the whole strip in no time. Not overly big. Lately whenever I pop in to windows shop, it's not that busy. But I guess now as school is starting soon it has picked up a lot. They do have some restaurants as well as smaller snack booth. It's sucks that this is the only mall in the desert. You would think that they would make it way better to cater to everyone. But I guess it's going well so far. Not a lot of stores that I've been to as they're new to me. Plenty of parking with outdoor as well as a covered parking structure in the back.

They have the stores that you find in every mall that I usually stop in the first time to see what they have like Box Lunch, Miniso, Tokyo Japanese Lifestyle, etc. It is nice that this location has a Barnes and Nobles (though so many of them now are just glorified toy stores now...) and when I went they had a dog rescue pop up here too, which was nice. Love when malls reach out to the community. Love Crepe-ing Ramen that they have in the food court. Good to kill a bit of time and to absorb AC but it's not anything spectacular.

The prices were surprisingly reasonable and the staff, so friendly and helpful! I shop there pretty often because they're always getting new stuff in - art, jewelry, and furniture. I found a unique desk lamp for my MCM desk at Dazzles, and some "rolly Polly" vintage glassware at Victoria's Antique Mall. What's great about this mall is that after shopping for your great finds you can relax for a great meal at either the Palms Cafe or Uncle Chai's Thailand Street Food, by far the best Thai restaurant in the desert! I also discovered Agape, an Aveda salon, where you are treated to Aveda tea and a complimentary hand massage with each hair appointment. Overall, the Atrium provides a refreshing retreat from the hustle and bustle of life. And you may find a few new treasures along the way!

Other than that, it was pretty empty being a few days towards Labor Day. There's also a vintage boutique, a salon , a rustic Mexican gift shop that sells all kinds of pottery, specifically Talavera, tiles, plaques, home and garden decor and more imported goods. The vendors from all stores were friendly. Prices are appropriate bit on high end and some sales through out. I will be back, I can spend a long time antiquing or window shopping the vintage & Mexican gift shop.

It's a mini shopping center that has a few little boutiques but mainly restaurants. The chain restaurants such as Yard house, PF Changs, Cheesecake Factory, and Dave and Busters. From The looks of it, it looks pretty impressive. It's a cute walkway that with a mixture of Universal city walk and San Antonio River walk. Of course man made but a cute layout of the property. It's not that big and everything surrounds each other but it's worth a wander through. There's plenty of parking both to the side as well as plenty in the back lot. I think everything is pretty much out in the open as I didn't really see any covered parking spots. Location is amazing as it's pretty much near a lot of things. There's cute little spots throughout the desert that's worth checking out. I don't think it's someplace that you would hang out at for long. More for coming for a meal or the movies. You could walk around but there's nothing much from that.
