I'm a neighbor of a home that was built by WoodChips about 5 years ago I will be up front, my son is the neighbor. He has had several problems with the construction and has not gotten a concrete response or fix from WoodChips for any of the issues. My main concern at this time is the failed septic system. The leach field has never worked properly from the beginning and is now considered a health hazard. The smell has wafted to our house 200 yards away and the kids and family pets are in jeopardy of getting sick. This is a health risk and considered essential work. It needs to be fixed right away.
