He and the staff there made sure I could believe they were going to help me and that they are sincerely focused on my health and recovery. Treatment rooms are beautiful & inviting. Super spacious w/ soaring ceilings, as this original location is located in the mill bldg. at Ft. Andross, right next to Nomad Pizza. Easy booking online & extensive hours. Stephanie, the owner, brings experience from the medical field to run a customer-focused professional business. They hire very well. I usually book first available, & every therapist is consistently good. Coming to Heal is the highlight of my week.

However, when I went to schedule a massage a few months later (and when I finally could get through to a person), I was told there were no massages that I had available. The secretary said the owner was the only one who could handle this, but she never got back to me. I tried email, telephone messages, and even direct text and calls to the owner as originally she was the one who did the initial call to determine the best type of massage and which therapist would be best, so I had her phone number. So she took my money for no services. Now, apparently, it's just the owner, Stephanie, doing massages and no one else. No one answers the phone. Disorganized. The massage therapist I had before was excellent (not Stephanie), but I can not get through to find out where she went. Stephanie was very disorganized, extremely late to the original call, and took my money(!) never getting back to me to either reimburse or let me schedule the massage. I would not go there again!
