They gave me a round about price to replace and it was in line with what I was told at the dealership.. My daughter dropped the car off on Friday.. With the holiday being on Monday and the snow storm they fixed the car on Thursday.. I felt sorry for them since the alternator they put on wasn't working so they had to take it all apart and replace with a working alternator which is not an easy job.. I had them change the oil and filter as well.. The price was actually lower than the estimate.. Their shop is within walking distance of campus.. I HIGHLY recommend S and H Automotive Repair..

Recently I was searching for a place to get dynamometer numbers for a VW Jetta TDI build I and a…read morefriend did. Calibrating a dynamometer for a diesel instead of a gas vehicle is a total pain. The engines apply torque differently, so every other dyno shop in town was unwilling to let us run our vehicle on their machine. Thankfully Brady's was willing to re-calibrate their dynamometer to throw a load to our diesel allowing us to measure the engine's power. The gentleman who operated the dyno asked us what RPM we wanted to rev the engine to - which I appreciated. I've put cars on the dynamometer at other shops and they just floor it; which is terrifying. Not only were we thankful they got us in, we were also impressed with the power number the little VW made. We were pleasantly surprised that Brady's charged us $20 less than we were expecting to pay! Thank you Brady's for getting us and our frenken-vee-dub in for dynamometer runs when others were unwilling!

It deserves MORE than 5 STARS!! This shop is family owned, they're understanding & was helpful in my time of need. I was traveling from out of town, needed 4 new tires for my vehicle & didn't have the extra money in my pocket. Not only that, but I arrived basically at closing time, (which I felt horrible about) & they stayed after work to get them put on for me. I was desperate because I was traveling. The owner was helpful & worked with me. I got 4 used tires + labor + tax ...for only $200! I was beyond grateful! Drove over 1,000 miles back home & the tread is still in great shape! This shop was such an AMAZING experience for me & how I was treated...next time I'm traveling through Lancaster, I'll get a brand new set of tires here & have them put on! I walked in and they didn't even look at my car and told me what was wrong. I took my car into the garage and they told me my wheels were inwards and said on all four corners that I needed shock and struts all the way around. I then got prompted with my bill and it was over $1000. All I needed were tires. I took it to my local guy, put it on the lift and showed me how good condition my suspension was in. All I was charged was for the inspection from my guy. Please don't go here unless you know you only need some cheap tires, nothing else, I wouldn't even get your tires mounted here, seriously get a second opinion, these shops are scamming everyone nowadays.

We were worried traveling all the way across the country in smeltering heat with a baby, but Steffy's Garage in Leola completely exceeded our expectations. They got our van in the very same day, diagnosed the A/C issue quickly, and had us back on the road with an unbelievably fast turnaround. Even more impressive, the team was willing to stay late if needed to make sure we could continue our trip. Everyone we interacted with was friendly, professional, honest, and communicated clearly throughout the process. It's rare to find an auto repair shop that combines excellent customer service with efficient, high-quality work. If you need auto repair, A/C service, or Honda Odyssey repairs or any repair in the Leola or Lancaster area, I highly recommend Steffy's Garage. Whether you're a local or just passing through like we were, this is the kind of shop you hope to find when you need help.

With them missing or forgetting to do what we needed. Their resolution is "we will get that next time." Not just once or twice. At least the last 5 visits. Most recently we had a car inspection. Needed an oil change but they didn't notice, and didn't offer. Decided to take that car to dealership who happens to be on the same block as Daddario but much easier to get in and out of, plus the dealership is open on Saturdays. Anyway, we go in for an oil change and the mechanic noticed a hole in the tire. A dangerous hole that could cause a blow out on the highway. How did Daddario miss this in inspection? The car had recently hit a bad pothole in neighborhood, left behind by utility company. The inspection was immediately after that incident. I feel like Daddario is in too much of a rush or their mechanics are lazy. They've lost our business. The only reason it's 2 stars instead of 1, is because the guys on the phone and at the desk are friendly. But, yet no accountability for missing and forgetting things.
