Quick service and great ramen. Casual atmosphere, great place for a quick and delicious meal.

Lovely food, chill ambience, exceptional service! So excited to have a ramen shop in town and nothing about this place disappoints. Super helpful staff, had the bao buns and naruto ramen, both delightful and just what this cooler weather calls for. Cannot wait to return to try more read more

The bowl was fantastic!Would love to have more comfortable seating...however, it was traditional Japanese style wooden benches, small and little tables. We will be back! Beautiful presentation of food! Tasted as good as it looked. I took pics, however my daughters had already stirred hers up please try this place. You won't be disappointed. read more

First try. Will try again. Not for the usual Western palate. Nice venue and staff. Raven was knowledgeable and cheerful. Egg rolls small, bland. No soy sauce on the table. read more

Exceptional Atmosphere! Very relaxing, inviting and the food is impeccable! We have visited here twice and really enjoyed it both times.

Love Ramen and glad to have some delicious Ramen in Longview. Broth is very good and rich. If I had to make one ask it would be for more pork belly. Yum. Also try the Bao Buns!! read more

I was traveling in Longview area and glad to find a ramen shop nearby. I ordered a brisket ramen which is Texas style ramen. It's pretty good. read more

The waiter was really cool, but the food wasn't very good. I'm from Dallas and lived in Japan the past 3 years. If you want foo ramen, go to one of those places. read more

Great food loved service was a little slow but the flavor made up for that ten times over

This place used to be pretty good. I used to eat here pretty often. Not anymore. Got there for dinner at 6:30 in the evening. The restaurant was empty except for two tables. There was no one up front and I could see two people in the back who were having a large conversation. I stood there for a good five minutes and waited. When the two in the back finished talking, a guy walks up and says "Oh hey, yeah just sit anywhere." He disappears to the back again. I sat at a table and saw that it hadn't been cleaned. There was still ramen, food and drink rings on it. I look around and none of the tables had been cleaned either. There was even a dirty dish rag on top of the table across from me. I sat there for a couple of minutes until the guy in the back appears again. As he's walking by I say "Excuse me, could I..." He puts his hand up and as he's walking by and just says "Hey I'll get to you in a minute." and continues walking to the front of the restaurant. I can see why there were only two customers. I left. I won't be back. read more

it made my stomach hurt eating the narutto ramen. my wife had the fried squid and veggie rice and she liked it. certain foods aren't for everyone. the one I ate wasn't so good read more

A few people that reviewed this godly place say that it's Americanized and not good. I'm here to tell you that these people are flat out wrong and need a reality check. I live in Dallas and the ramen at this place is better than any ramen I've ever had there, and honestly the people who rated them three stars need to wake up and have a shift in their paradigm because this is the most authentic ramen you can get in Texas. I've been to Japan and they imitate the food pretty dang well. The Japanese mayo is standard in the cuisine, chicken karage is cooked to perfection, baos providing a taste of joy in a bite, the broth is made from scratch every single day, and the chefs take their time in making sure that the ramen meets the high quality standards of any 5 star restaurant. If the employees are taking the time out of their day to make their own broth as opposed to some soup that they get from a packet, they deserve high praises. I've seen my fair share of ramen reviews and the people that say that they've travelled around are always questionable because they don't day where. Does this mean that they have travelled in Texas, in the United States? Being vague about your reviews doesn't make you credible, in fact, it's the opposite, or so I'm told. In short, the food provided is the closest you can get to authentic, the broth is made with care, and any bad review provided needs to ensure that they are more specific before they make judgements on food that serves up greatness. read more

The food here is absolutely amazing! Some of the best food I've had in town. My husband spent 6 months in Japan and said this ramen completely matched and is 100% authentic!!! I would totally recommend!! read more

Excellent food! I haven't had a good Tan Tan since I lived in Hawaii!!! I ordered it to go and it was neatly packaged and deliciously hot when I got to my destination. When I moved here, I looked for Tan Tan from Dallas to Shreveport and no luck! This isn't only available, but the best I've ever had! Thank you!! I'll be back! read more

Came in to check out the Longview Ramen scene. This place has some pretty good Ramen. The staff was prompt and courteous. They walked me through their offerings and made some good recommendations. Great place for some Ramen. read more

My wife and I eat here regularly and at this point we have tried nearly everything on the menu (except the Death Ramen!) The food is always hot and everything from the appetizers to the ramen bowls are each as delicious as the last we had. It doesn't matter if it's chicken, pork or vegetable ramen - the broth is rich and complex and the noodles are always cooked to perfection. So much flavor and texture in every bowl! The place is small, but not too small and feels right. The wait staff are always friendly, nice, and helpful if you have questions. If you haven't yet, go eat here. You won't be disappointed! read more

Great food. Never had a bad experience here. The quality of the food is excellent. Be warned if you ask for extra spicy your not going to be able to eat your food haha. read more

The food was subpar, at best. There was a mayonnaise base on the bao buns, which had only a thin slice of pork and one cucumber on it. The karaage, or fried chicken, was good. It was just fried chicken though. Nothing special. Again, the mayonnaise sauce came with them. It was such a weird sauce that I did not expect in a "Japanese" restaurant. Anyway, I also had the veggie ramen with an added egg. The broth was thin and tasted okay. It was lacking on the veggies though. I was also not a fan of the thick noodles they used. My husband had the number 4 soup, a ground pork with a peanut spicy sauce. The broth was actually pretty good with this one. We've traveled a lot and had lots of good ramen and Japanese food. This was not that. It was very Americanized, so if that's what you're looking for you may enjoy it. Lastly, it was very overpriced for what you got. I mean, it's a play on the $0.29 ramen you get in stores. read more
