    Live jazz

Bulgogi buns with short rib, Korean wings, and what everybody came for, the Ramen is just next level at this place so good! Beautiful place recently relocated to Division Street in Peekskill, live music every third Thursday of the month jazz live band. Always talented "cats"playing. The owner walks a tight rope, between pretension and pride for these incredibly delicious Korean dishes. Make an ignorant comment mistaking these dishes for anything other than Korean is a big mistake. You will be corrected curtly if there's such a word. Forgive my American ignorance. Bottom line is I love the food here. I can get past someone with a slight attitude/chip on the shoulder/slightly elitist attitude trying to distance themselves with affiliations with Japanese or Chinese food. The food makes up for any issues. Service is a little inconsistent, but anything worth anything is worth a little wait.

So glad I tried here for some hot ramen on a cold windy day. I ordered to go, it was a short wait, the stuff was very friendly and glad to get customers. I had the nin niku ramen with wagyu beef brisket. Man first wagyu beef brisket was never on my bingo card for ramen topping, it was smoky and tender. The broth was amazing, love the garlic flavor and the noodles were chewy but not gummy. Also had the Korean spicy wings, they definitely delicious and flavorful, but spicy was bit of overstatement, very mild at best. Still a great meal though

Food is yummy! I didn't try their ramen yet but their sushi rolls and kitchen entrees were delicious. Next time I go I will try their ramen. Service was good too!

Ramen wasn't it for me (I have like NYC / NJ standards). Pork ramen with ham is kinda wild The ambiance was nice though, and I had their Korean chicken wings which was good. I'd come back just for the wings and beer

Stir Fried Rice Noodles w/ beef

Really enjoyed the experience, cute little patio area. Staff was very nice and with some drizzle said they would move us inside but luckily we stayed outside on a dreary but comfortable night. The sushi was real good, my daughter and I both got the namesake RameNesque Roll and damn that was good. Wanted more, kind of sad when I finished but more food on the way. My wife loves Tom Ka Gai soup with chicken which didn't disappoint. My daughter got the kimchi ramen with brisket and she couldn't finish it all but loved the broth and accompanying veg. I got the stir-fried noodles with beef, very tasty. The staff Esteban our server and the rest of team made us feel at home. Thank you all, see next time!

    Bimbimbap and Beef Ramen

Had tickets to the theater around the block and I love soup during the colder months and decided to give it a try. Service was good and the owner was very friendly also. If I have to nitpick it would be that I like my soup hot temperature wise but I find most restaurants seem to be afraid of serving hot soup . The BimBimBap was not traditional but still tasty .

The food is really good, but the salmon is amazing!! The sushi could be a little better, but when I come I dont come for sushi, because I love everything else.

They now have live Jazz once a month. It is fantastic! I'd come here if they had live Jazz every weekend. Great bar, great Jazz, great sushi, outstanding bulgogi buns, great beer selection, crazy chocolate mochi cake, great service. This place keeps getting better. I could live here. Remember to tip well.

    Korean Fried Chicken Wings Spicy

Despite the item being over $17 with tax (which is pretty expensive for 6 win pieces) I ordered the Korean Fried Chicken wings and I was incredibly disappointed. The online photo shows saucy tender winglets. I got overcooked, tough burnt looking wings that I was literally unable to eat. I chose the spicy option and the wing pieces were flavorless and impossible to chew. A huge waste of money

    Vegetarian Tom Yum Ramen

This restaurant was on my go-to list for Ramen for the past two years and finally, I got a chance to visit. The ambiance was minimalist and welcoming. Nikki the owner was so nice she kept on checking on us if we liked the food or not. We ordered vegetarian gyoza and they were all made from scratch the same morning. The same outer layer was a thing and just perfect. We ordered Tom yum ramen that had a little Thai inclination to the taste like the Tom yum soup and it was delicious too. And ordered vegetarian spicy tofu donburi it was just amazing. Love to visit the place again since Winter is coming and Ramen is comforting!

This was our first time visiting this restaurant and we did not have a reservation. Thankfully, we were still seated within 20 minutes and the staff was considerate of the fact we brought kids. They are clearly child friendly which appears deceiving due to the bar set up in the front. The location is not loud and there are two separate dining areas with a different atmosphere. The front is more of a date setting vibe whereas the back seems more fit for larger parties with the ability to put together more tables. Most importantly, the food tasted great. I am typically not inclined to order ramen, but they had a tum yum ramen that I wanted to try because I love Thai. It is not the normal tum yum, but it was still great.

No frills, simple menu and the chef seemed exacting and totally focused on his craft. I ordered the original shoyu ramen with chasu and red spicy sauce, while wife had the Wafu Shoyu ramen with chicken. Mine was robust and had a clean taste, although I felt the broth was a bit light for my taste compared to some NYC joints. Wife's ramen had even more watery broth - I think because she ordered the "wafu" broth style which menu claimed had no meat, and together with lean chicken meat without much fat, we both agreed it was tad bit boring. I think it's a matter of chef's philosophy and not necessarily a bad thing, but I preferred a bit richer, more viscous broth than this one. We would stop by again if we're in the area, but won't go out of our way for it either. Still, a welcome addition to the East Bergen County area!

Order at the kiosk, expect to wait (and join the wait list), and hope that a seat in their 9 seat counter or four top opens up - it turns over quicker than you think. The staff of two or three are kind and efficient. I absolutely loved the miso - only offered on Wednesdays and Sundays.
