Curtains after they crashed into my girlfriend and on to the floor.
    Oje T.

This place is absolutely terrible. At first glance when you walk through the door, it looks relatively standard. However, one quick look at the bathroom will change that opinion immediately. The shower curtain rod is hanging on by two screws (it will eventually collapse), which causes the curtains to slide in towards the center. So inevitably when the shower is running, water gets all over the bathroom floor. To make matters worse, the tub is really slow to drain, so you have to deal with standing water. The towel rack is also hanging on by a couple screws and I have no doubt will fall off really soon. The toilet isn't any better. It sits crooked and the water sits really high, which causes it to flush incredibly slow. The absolute most unforgivable and criminal aspect of the room is that the curtains, rod and all, fell off the wall and slammed into my girlfriend, injuring her. She was standing at the side of the bed, which was nowhere near the curtains. But because of the combined length and height of the curtains, upon falling off of the wall, they covered a third of the room. As a result, these 20 or so pound curtains fell into her, scraping her leg up. We have video of the aftermath and pictures of her injuries as proof. Again, absolutely unforgivable and criminal to allow a room to get to a state where bolted things are falling off of walls. Unless they address this soon, I foresee more injuries to unsuspecting guests. I have to also add that the air conditioning was leaking into the carpet. This led to a slight mildewy smell to the room.

Way past it's prime this hotel needs to be rebuilt or demolished. The first room we we were given still had tools in it from the maintenance crew that must not have finished their work. Got a second room pretty fast. Problems there were the cleanliness and the weird moldy smell. Oh well, the room was cheap and only for one night. See ya, Ramada.

    The beds were nice.

A tale of two stories... Usually one expects a Ramada to be on the higher end of the Wyndham spectrum, but this particular location gave very mixed messages. At arrival, the employees running the desk were sitting outside and seemed caught off guard when I came to check in. Not to mention parking was limited, so I had a long walk as it was with my bags. The room looked like it was only half remodeled before they just gave up. While the beds were nice, the bathroom was literally falling apart. The door was splitting and nearly hit the toilet when opened all the way. Some mis-matched paint covered up a hole in the wall. The mini-fridge was old and not very cold. At least the hot tub was nice. Overall, it's an okay place to stay, but I expect better quality from Ramada.

Gotta love the carpet peeling up.

NOT A GOOD IDEA TO STAY HERE. See attached photos, horrible all around. I only wish I took more photos of the horrendous mess.

Would give it zero stars if I could. They added multiple additional charges after I left their property that I'm having to dispute with my bank. Other than that, the property is very rundown I understand needing to fix things but double and triple charging customers is not the way to do it.

If I could give less than 1 Star, I would. This is a disgusting roach-motel type establishment at its worst. The smell when you walk in the lobby is foul, and poorly masked with heavily perfumed deodorizers. You are then greeted with rude, unprofessional staff who have zero concern for customer service The rooms can be compared to the sleaziest hourly motel you can imagine. While the sheets appear to clean, that would be the only clean/in good-repair items in the room. Please see the pictures and don't waste your money on this sad excuse for a Ramada.

Prof of one call and it didn't last long.

The people running the business have no customer service skills. They're not friendly or helpful. Do not stay here!!

Rooms are nice, comfortable bed, and pillows. Needs new carpeting throughout as it smells musty.

Overbooked. Didn't get the non-smoking king we'd reserved. Got a smoky room that's damp and the air conditioner squeaks all night.

We were coming in for a wedding and encouraged other guests to book here too. It is easy to get to and from the airport. We took an uber (short drive) but the hotel does have a shuttle if you arrange it. We learned that lyft has more drivers than uber in this area if that is helpful to anyone. Things we loved: - the add on during booking was worth it (strawberries and champagne) - the kitchenette area is not tiny - I love the non slip floor in the bathroom and shower. The look of it and the functionality. please link me, I need this floor at home! - mattress comfy - very clean rooms, robes presented on beds very nice touch. - dimming lights Staff are nice and they have a little coffee breakfast nook with goodies by front desk as well. This location is very walkable to go get a burger or breakfast sandwich down the street too. Super bonus is the treasury restaurant inside the hotel through the safe door. We are suckers for history and a swanky atmosphere. I wouldn't want to park here - it is a tight lot. Even the Ubers and Lyfts have trouble getting in and out because it is narrow. I mean people do, I just personally would not. Thanks for the wonderful stay. If we have to come back to Sioux Falls we won't be staying anywhere else but here.

We didnt know they had a shuttle service which made things so much more convenient. My hubs coordinated with the hotel and they had our room decorated with rose petals and NA champagne, chocolate covered strawberries and a small cake in the fridge waiting for us. It was so cute! The only gripping we had was not having a closet to store our things for the weekend but other than that the room was great and our bed was extremely comfortable, like a nice toasty cloud.

It doesn't hurt that it's a bit off the man drag. So overall I would say pretty solid construction. The parking lot is generous with okay lighting, but the hotel is in a decent area so I wouldn't anticipate too many issues here. The girl working the desk was pleasant and helpful in pointing out nearby places to eat. The only real downside was the price. Almost $300 for a one night stay! I get that it's nice, but it's not the Ritz. My wallet says Ouch!!

We have now settled in on this StayBridge (not the one at the mall which we have tried in the past) as our 'go to' place to stay. For us the location is solid - can get to the highway and downtown easily. Ample parking even when the hotel is full (which it was for most of our week long stay). The staff is friendly and helpful. The rooms, hallway and parking lot are all clean. The breakfast changes daily - always has an egg dish, a breakfast meat, carb choices (including you can make waffles), fruit, yogurt and juice, soda or coffee. The small exercise room is fine - 3 cardio machines plus dumbbells. The small pool looked fine (we didn't go in). The building is solid - so we didn't hear hallway traffic or the people aboe or below us. The price is appropriate. Biggest 'complaint' - the dishwasher had way too much rust in it - that should be reviewed and fixed )we were on a 2 bedroom suite). We have already booked our next stay!
