The gentleman that did the initial inspection and measurements of my home, Braden, did a great job explaining the process for leveling and protecting my crawl space. When Braden left, I was comfortable in knowing what I should expect to see when the job is completed. I can't say enough here about the team that did the hard work at a time when we have triple digit temperatures. Mike and his team, that consisted of Jett, and on a few days an additional hard working young man, were so good at their jobs. At times I observed that they seemed to move like clockwork. My communications with all of the team was good. Mike took time to update me and show images of the work as it progressed. He explained things when I had questions and let me know immediately when he had a question or needed to discuss a variation in the planned job. No decision was made without my involvement. Here it is over three weeks later and he still has not sent a report or quote. After not responding to my inquiries, he finally called me today and told me he is still working on the report, after I expressed to the realtor that I was going to back out of the sale due to not having any documentation about what I was led to believe about the foundation. Run from this service, it has some of the poorest customer service I have ever experienced.

They have alway performed on time and within budget, and in fact they tend to over communicate (which is great). On my projects, one has been related to piering and the other involved trenching a 1930's basement to divert water coming in to a sump pump. Happy with both of my personal experiences.
