Vesta Foundations was amazing. From start to finish they were organized and helpful. They always showed up on time and took the time to explain things to make sure I understood all my options. Their production crew was fabulous. Again showed up on time - they may have been a bit early in fact - walked me through everything again and went to work. I needed an electrician and was having a really difficult time finding one so one of the crew made a few calls and had someone in there the same day so my project could be finished. The crew was kind, professional and efficient. They also cleaned up after themselves and took many precautionary measures to avoid messes. Crawlspace repairs are STRESSFUL but Vesta made it a lot less stressful. I would definitely use them again and recommend them to anyone needing help. read more

Charged lots of money for a couple of kids to do very little work. Nothing accomplished and I don't know how they stay in business.

Vesta was scheduled to work on my concrete for four days. On the third day, they walked off the job leaving it half finished. It was perfect weather and they wanted to rescheduled for the following week when the weather forecast was questionable. I have used Vesta personally at several of my commercial properties, and have referred them to some of my clients as a commercial real estate agent. They have alway performed on time and within budget, and in fact they tend to over communicate (which is great). On my projects, one has been related to piering and the other involved trenching a 1930's basement to divert water coming in to a sump pump. Happy with both of my personal experiences. read more

I had Vesta come out to check my home's foundation. They put my fears to rest by checking it and assuring me it was in good shape. Can you believe that? They didn't give me a hard sell on unnecessary work! While he was there, I had the salesman look at some other stuff, and I ended up having them stablize and seal my driveway. My husband and I had asked for a quote in August and gotten it scheduled for early September. Tristian Roberts our representative we were dealing with did let us know a day or so ahead of time, he would be coming in at 9am o. The appointed day. 9 am on appointment day rolls around, and he is on time.(Thank Goodness, very few vendors I deal with are on time, 9/10 of them show up late.) So, I was impressed by the promptness of this young man. After a brief tour of the home, he got down to business and looked around. Once his part was complete, we sat on the front porch and viewed a video about the system that was being recommended, and the proposals for pricing. He was very cooperative in getting the information sent to both my husband's email and my email in short order. Despite all little questions along the way, he did a great job with the assessment of our home and presentation. When asked about a start time, I did inform him, we are comparative shopping, and would get back to him at a later date. Thank You for a positive experience. read more

I would lover to hear from customers that had work done 10 years ago. I have now had two young salesmen out to my home for an estimate and the first time it was $45k. However the poor salesman was poorly trained and had no help when he tried to call in twice for support as he and I essentially were just brushed off. I hope he finds a better company to work with or starts his own. Now today 8-14-2024 I just threw the second sales guy out for being rude defensive and ultimately clueless about my actual problem. I have a very basic acumen for building yet with a few choice questions it is simple to separate a liar from a mistake. After blaming me for distracting him on his quote, Ben took little to no ownership for his shortcomings. I can understand where he missed a 1/2" drop in my floor supposedly but not how he missed 15 joists that were all scabbed and not sistered but came back and told me I only needed two joists replaced because they are rotten from termites. I know more joists have damage and are rotten as well since I sprayed BoraCare for termites under the entire home over a year ago. Lazy exterminator for a different review but if you want it done right you have to do it yourself and no new termite activity fyi. Being physically disabled I can not replace or sister joists and nor longer even get in the crawl space. Nothing sucks more than being a home owner in Oklahoma where no contractor license is needed so shame on you Gov Stitt. This mens that basically any person or bad actor business can come into your home and lie straight to your face with little to no knowledge of exactly what they are speaking to as they are simply salespeople and not licensed nor educated in their service field by law. They just do what the company trains them to and then sell you on fluff warranties and other smoke screens contrary to the actual work being done. In my case the first quote for $45k was a joke and I literally felt bad for the salesperson for wasting his time and mine because I can tell this person has a very bright future unlike Vesta. Even the $16k quote the second time is still double the next closest competitor and with no justification or evidence to support what they are doing and most importantly why? The other company also uses the same piers that adjust so how is it more than double? Needless to say I am going with the competition and will never invite anyone from this company to ever waste another minute of my time ever again. I recommend the same for home owners but understand any honest work in Oklahoma is far and few between with no licensing laws for these alleged contractors. My parents hired this company to raise their back porch, driveway, and front sidewalk, as well as pressure wash all the concrete, seal the concrete and finally fill the cracks and gaps with a special joint sealant. On July 16 the salesman came out and gave them an estimate of $6,327 to complete these tasks and told them they would be out sometime in September to complete the job. They finally made it out on September 13th and began the work. Of course we adhered to the rules given by the company to stay off of the concrete for 12 hours. I was present at the time the crew said they were done and I pointed out several inconsistencies in the work performed. I was simply told that's the way it's supposed to look. I also pointed out the now extremely unevenness of the sidewalk, again I was told there was nothing they could do. I have attached pictures in which I will provide detailed descriptions for. My parents contacted the company and told them she was not satisfied and that the concrete sealant was not working. They did come out and sprayed it again, but still, yet again, it wasn't done right. Now the joint sealant has turned black and has sunk deep into the cracks and joints looking worse then it did before hiring Vesta. We contacted the company again and they were supposed to be out today (October 15, 2021 by 3pm cst) When they didn't arrive by 5pm they were contacted and the secretary advised my mother that they were running behind and rescheduled the appointment to November 10, 2021. My mother also tried contacting the salesman and yet again he "assured her" that he will contact the manager on Monday (Oct 18th) 1st picture: broken corner of the upper right side of the driveway, sunk about an inch, on the lower right hand side you can see a hole in the sealant as well as in the longer straight line. 2nd picture: On the right side you can see where the driveway has sunken and not fixed, also about 2 weeks after this work as performed black residue began forming along every point where the joint compound was applied. 3rd, 4th, 5th and 6th picture: Different views of the entire work surface now stained black. 7th and 8th picture: Shows how much the joint compound has sunk (about 3/4") 9th picture: Portion of the sidewalk that was made worse (now water stands there instead of runs off) I approached the crew leader about this and was told that's all they could do. 10th picture: Another broken piece of concrete on the sidewalk by the porch. Instead of trying to level it out it was left about an inch low in the back corner and yet again another place where water now stands where it did not before. My overall satisfaction with this company is non-existent, I strongly feel my parents were taken advantage of so I have stepped in to rectify this problem. read more

Simply put, the salesperson was less than honest when he estimated the project. First, I had to wait two weeks to get on the schedule. The project began in early September. Over the past six to eight weeks Vesta has been to my house seven times with four (4) different work crews being assigned to complete the work. Each time a different foreman would offer a solution that conflicted with the previous foreman. I called back on numerous occasions and refused to pay them until they fixed the problem. A big part of the job was finally completed to my satisfaction, but there remains a significant trip hazard that they just can't fix and unsightly stains on the concrete. I should have spent my money just replacing part of the sidewalk. My recommendation is not to trust Vesta. read more

I gave 3 stars since they redid my drain a 2nd time and it's just ok. They gave me a quote and it ended up costing more than double bc the salesperson didn't know what he was doing. I had to figure out the solution for them and ended up costing much more. The first crew didn't do it right and I got a lot of flooding so the 2nd crew came out to fix it. I'm not thrilled it cost more than double from the original quote. I'm not thrilled that the salesperson never checked in to see if I was happy with the result after getting his commission. For my drain, they bought everything at Home Depot and up charged me (and it's like 5 mins from my house). Nothing is proprietary in what they use for drains, it's just stuff from Home Depot they up charge and then you pay for the labor so I don't see how their 'warranty' would ever kick in if something goes wrong. I wouldn't hesitate a second to recommend these guys to friends and family. They give you a heads up, what to expect and perhaps get your car out if they need to park closer as make sure work area is cleared. The two gentlemen who did the labor were very cordial, confident, and know what they're doing. They'll explain the problem and fix ya right up. We feel this will definitely increase the value on our house in the long run. Great company doing great work. read more

The company comes out fast and does the initial work fast. They don't followup,you have to contact them and contact them. We have them 3 different chances to make things right. They did give 1000.00 back for the cracked brick flowerbed. But other damage was done as a result. They don't guarantee their work. Imagine you give a $900 down payment at the grocery store for the privilege of waiting in line for 2 months and when you finally get face to face with the cashier it begins to rain outside and he says "Sorry, we can't ring you up". NEXT! Well, okay, I understand about rain. Can't level sidewalks in the rain. So they call you up to reschedule and you are given a new checkout date 45 days in the future. Seems fair, right? Well, I got to thinking about the people in line behind me who were not inconvenienced by the rain, and who get a crew showing up, and so, I put on my best Karen (Kevin, actually) and demand the manager come henceforth. Okay, a day later I get a new install date only a few days out and they show up, level the sidewalk, but they can't level the 2-step porch. They need a fatter drill bit and heavier jacks. Wait, these are foundation specialists, and they can't lift a 2-step porch? Okay, they have to come back the following Saturday. Guy asks if I can pay $1600 meantime, leaving a $500 balance. I'm a nice guy (fool). I write the check. Guess what. I gave away my leverage. Never pay for the job until it's completed. 'Cause you know why? They stood me up that Saturday. The equipment caught fire. Nobody called me. No text. I called dude on Saturday morning and woke him up. "Where are you?" "Stuff caught fire, somebody will call you to reschedule." Nobody called. Of course. I call them and the scheduler tells me they're waiting on a replacement part for the poly pump, she'll call me Monday. Promise. Nope. I call her Wednesday and say "What the hey, you promised to call me Monday" and she swears she tried, but I added her to my contacts, and I call BS. "Oh, your job was the one job that was overlooked. We apologize." So she gives me a new date 3 weeks out and I go Kevin on her again and say "Not acceptable" and wouldn't you know it, the crew is in Fort Smith and they can be there that afternoon. Then she calls me Mr. Linguinie. I have an Italian last name, and it's closer to Liquor than Linguine. But I'm not a snowflake, so I laugh it off. But that was the first time in my 62 years anyone has called me anything other than Liquori by mistake. So cute, but no t good for business. And if she had called me back as promised I wouldn't be dogging her here. So, the work is completed, and it's not all bad, but I am so done with Vesta and with twisting their arm to treat me fairly, and to schedule me fairly. My garage floor was to far gone for a lift, coating and Crack filler to look good. It's unfortunate that my salesperson didn't inform me of that fact. I should have spent the 5k for replacement of the slab. Definitely not the techs fault, they did the best they could with what they had to work with. I asked the salesperson if the Crack filler was a two part epoxy, meaning there will be a chemical bonding slab to slab. He said yes to my assumption but my inclination was he had know idea. In Hind sight, just have the slab lifted if you must and don't waste your money on their sealers. In conclusion vesta foundation over promised and under delivered. read more

After the initial inspection by owner, Will Blake, I was given a through visual presentation that laid out all the details and the expenses. The two work crews that showed up arrived promptly (actually a little earlier and that was terrific). They were all professional and pleasant, and everything was handled well. This is a very dishonest company! They lie about the details of their contracts and they are very deceitful. We got a free estimate and scheduled a job with them. After a few unfortunate life occurrences we were not able to have the job completed. We called and cancelled several weeks before the scheduled project and they refuse to give us back our $278.87 deposit. They claim it is for "employee wages and supplies" that they claimed they purchased. We had a simple project with minimal supplies needed and they are refusing to refund any of our deposit. Also, the employee wages are a lie because it was a free estimate and that's all that was done by any employee! It is obvious that this company does not care about the customer and does not honor honesty and integrity! I do not recommend anyone use this company because I don't want anyone to get ripped off like me & my family did! My wife is a stay at home mom and we have 4 kids living off one income and this $278.87 could pay our electricity bill. This company thinks it is ok to keep our money for doing nothing!
